Domaine Macle is one of the pioneers of organic viticulture in the Jura. It is also a well-established estate, dating back to 1850. Laurent Macle took over the domaine in 1995 and has maintained it as one of Château-Chalon's leading addresses, earning him the nickname of "the pope of yellow wine". 4 ha of the estate's 12 hectares are planted with Savagnin grapes, and the remainder with Chardonnay in the Côtes-du-Jura PDO. Vinification takes place in 16th-century cellars, in oak barrels of course. A very fine house.

Excellente dégustation entre amis dans ce magnifique village de Château-Chalon. Quels vins ! Super accueil par Mme Macle : passion, humilité, humour, tout y était. Nous repartons conquis.

Nous avons passé un bon moment en compagnie de Madame Macle. Une dégustation au top avec en prime la visite de la cave. Un grand merci !

Superbe visite et dégustation à l'improviste, juste en passant devant. Grande disponibilité alors que nous n'avions pas de RDV....les vins sont extraordinaires,Un grand moment de plaisir, encore merci ????????

Quel accueil chez Macle ! .. Arrivés pour récupérer des cartons, se faire remballer, puis envoyer dans un village à 5 km, ensuite étonnée de nous revoir cette dame nous fait bien comprendre qu'elle n'a pas le temps, qu'elle est pressée de partir à son rendez-vous et n'attends que la retraite.
