In the Badoz family, Cheese has been a son of father since 1830. In 1960, Constant Badoz created the cheese factory by buying milk from farmers in various citrus fruit in Haut-Doubs. In 1975, the Père father and son a tunnel of the disused railway tunnel in the refining cellar where the house county was refined. In 1999, to expand its range, Badoz created a traditional molle cheese manufacturing workshop. In 2006, the range still enriched itself with cancoillotte. Today Badoz treats 16 million litres of milk per year to produce 2 800 tons of cheese and cheese specialities! The flagship product in addition to AOC County is the Mont d'or AOC. The house produces a third AOC: . Badoz cheeses are distributed in the region's three Badoz dairies, but also throughout France via dealers and to Germany.
