It is an evolution in demand that motivated the producers and the town hall to find a place in the town that would allow them to hold an organic market in Sarlat. Access is easy, the square, opposite the Post Office, is on the edge of the medieval town. This market takes place once a week, on Thursdays at the end of the afternoon from 4pm to 8.30pm. In fine weather, it is a little longer and later, starting at 5pm and ending at 10.30pm. An opportunity to do your shopping at a time when you can take your time.
