Bière de Sarlat is the brainchild of two enthusiasts, Xavier Gombert and Jean Yves Fauste. One is an agricultural engineer, the other a world paragliding champion. They set up their craft brewery three years ago, investing in modern tools and using high-quality, GMO-free ingredients. Brassée 24" is available in brown, blond, amber and even walnut liqueur! They were awarded a gold medal for their blond beer at the 2019 Salon de l'agriculture.
