This artisanal cookie factory, created by Olivier Charpenet in 1996, revives old recipes based on nuts, hazelnuts and chestnuts. Local products embellished by a top secret know-how: chocolate walnuts, walnut crunchies, tuiles and shortbread... With his pastry chef, the creator continues to invent new delights, for example with Agen prunes or red fruits. Doudoux, nonettes, lolottes... Names that make you want to bite into them! We recommend the "merveilles" of Sarlat, doughnuts that can be kept for 3 months.

LOU COCAL (the Walnut in Occitan), since 1996.
Our cookies are made with products from the Périgord region: walnuts, hazelnuts, chestnuts, but also cherries, melons, prunes..
The cookie factory LOU COCAL makes traditionally Tuiles, Sablés, cakes and confectionery.
We revive old traditional recipes formerly made in the farms of Périgord.
Passed on from generation to generation, these flavors of yesteryear and the originality that we bring to them, allow us to offer everyone a moment of pleasure with each bite.
The diversity and richness of the gastronomic products of the Périgord allow us to elaborate a great number of unique and original cookies by hand.
Today, our range includes 25 products, and our strength lies in our flexibility, reactivity and rapidity
