We love his jasmine, rose petal and violet ice creams, his espresso coffee, fleur de sel caramel, marron glacé, Périgord walnut and Périgord strawberry sorbets. No retail sales, but all the ice creams can be sampled in several restaurants and stores in the Périgord Noir.
