A few kilometers from Nogent, on the D 417 towards Chaumont, Biesles is renowned for its cutlery, which it has practiced since the eighteenth century. Some of his masters were also dedicated to the 1865 Universal Exposition. Among them, Jules Caput, one of the first to have acquired a steam machine! This is a bigger village couchery village, its specialty was the hunting and table cutters. See also: the museum of the Tower of the Castle.
