In the heart of the Bar-sur-Aube terroir, the small wine-producing village of Baroville has the largest vineyard in the Bar-sur-Aube region, covering over 220 hectares. Its vineyards are concentrated in six valleys, planted mainly with pinot noir which alone represents 190 hectares. In the heart of the village, you can visit the church of Saint-Etienne, dating from the 18th century, classified as a historical monument for its statues and its 18th century crucifix which comes from the abbey of Clairvaux. In the Morvaux valley was the summer residence of the abbots of Clairvaux abbey in the 18th century, a fortified house destroyed during the Revolution
