In the historical heart of Arcos, Cecilia Lozano offers in a charming house with views of the lake of Bornos, beautifully decorated rooms and suites of great comfort. Patio, lounges, beautiful outbuildings and a small garden with a lemon tree over 200 years old.

Accessible by a runway 400 m before the west entrance of the village, this paraje with impressive views was tastefully renovated in 2003 by a nice Dutch couple, Anita and Walter, talking very well about Castilian. In the middle of the almond and chestnut trees, on sober and elegant themes, the four rooms and the apartment are nicely furnished. In the kitchen, there is an attentive Mediterranean tatit offering a beautiful share of seasonal fresh produce, served in a rustic interior interior or on a panoramic terrace terrace. A very good plan.

Antonio Martin and his team offer a personalised welcome in a splendid old wine press with character (18th century). The eight rooms are very elegant and very comfortable: heating, air conditioning, complete bathroom, television and safe. You can also enjoy its restaurant, which favours traditional cuisine and has a bodega with carefully selected bottles. As a bonus, in addition to providing superb starry nights, this exceptional address is close to the picturesque and wild Lake Yeguas.

A 8 km south-east of Aracena, one would almost think of a Portuguese Posada, it is true that the border is not far away! Surrounded by greenery (18 comfortable rooms providing access to the pool and gardens), the hotel offers a quiet and refined setting with many services.

In this family house, accessible from the A 314 by a road in the pine forest, Amparo and Marc perpetuate a certain idea of reception in a veritable, furnished and idyllic mountain hotel. Eight charming rooms (five double and three families, some with mezzanine) surround with fireplace, collection of objects and exhibition of life photos and local memory, a near lounge with swimming pool as well as a beautiful summer terrace. Attended by a clientele mainly from Barcelona and Madrid who come to relax away from the city (and without television), this cortijo also makes it possible to familiarise itself with a regional cuisine with the flavors of yesteryear using many local products (homemade cheese or mushrooms in the surrounding area). Out of season, thematic weekends (olive oil, from gathering to nectar production) are organised from this very restful virgin space.

It is probably not for the situation (a residential area not really unforgettable on the east outskirts of Úbeda, which we access via a track) that, since January 2002, we come to the rural casa of the plumber Tito and his wife Macarena but rather to share a different moment of tourism, a little passive, in a rustic villa with swimming pool and incidentally taste a kitchen Andalusian and Mediterranean to old. In total: Seven rooms in apparent stone (with TV and small bathroom), arranged around a patio, to which the residents access independently as at a small parking space. A different offer offered by a nice couple and their animals.

North of the village in the barrio Alto, Rosa and Joëlle, a French of Spanish origin and a Provençal, you are right for a moment of happiness in a lovely Andalusian house bleached with lime, with small swimming pool and lovely garden of fruit trees (olive, fig, almond trees, tree, lemon…) still irrigated by the ancestral system, the acequia, developed by the les. Moors. Only four rooms, but all very cosy and tastefully decorated according to different themes (Alpujarra, Asia…). Terraces, views spread over the small town and mountains. An excellent welcome and breakfast prepared with the greatest care (ah, delicious home cannelés and homemade jams) enhance the relaxation of an exceptional address.

At the exit is the village of Mecina Bombarón, which also features the particularity of lodging its visitors in mills (. On the equipment side, we're at the cutting edge of technology, or almost, with floor heating, DVD players, full kitchens and more hydro-massage saunas in bathroom. On a terrace on the other side of the road, two swimming pools, welcome during the beautiful season.
