Located in a small street overlooking the Alameda de Hércules square, the place has a certain cachet. The 27 apartments are housed in old Sevillian houses grouped around a large interior patio, which is very quiet and particularly pleasant in summer. Almost all the apartments overlook the patio and have a balcony. They are well kept and spacious, with a double bedroom, a living room with sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. There is a small enclosed terrace, coffee service and a small grill-bar.

However, some travelers have found the reception to be limited and have been disappointed by the lack of maintenance in some rooms.
