From the village of Giaglione, leave the car near the school where a sign indicates via ferrata. In 35 min, we reach the bottom of the gorge of the torrent Doria Riparia. Place of return: Castello di Giaglione. A long crossing with 2 shoreline changes through rugged Nepalese bridges (very large cables), and an ascent on gray slabs to climb your throat. Count 4 to 5 hours of ferrata. The place, very wild, gives the impression of making progress in a jungle, and the passages above the torrent in the gorges are impressive.
