Created in 1997, the integration enterprise Biau Jardin produces organic products on an area of 17 hectares. Everything is offered at the shop, which also accepts the doume, the local currency. Biau Jardin offers weekly baskets filled with seasonal vegetables and fruit, with a subscription system. A lovely name for a fine Savoyard fruit-producing company, which has been established in the commune for over 30 years. Thomas Le Prince is the real name of the founder; the family business is now run by his son Marc. The company mainly produces apples and pears, under various labels (IGP, sustainable agriculture or organic), but also cherries, raspberries, quinces and strawberries. You can find these delicacies in the store, on the Vallières site, and in supermarkets that select regional products.

Cantal combines terroir and modernity with the Drive fermier 15, which was born in 2014. This very friendly grocery store with its poetic name on the side of the main road offers products from around fifty local producers. The project was born of a group of market gardeners who, after meeting up at the markets, decided to embark on the adventure of a cooperative store. The associative structure has 200^m2 of premises and favors bulk distribution. The truffle is an exceptional product whose secrets are well kept... But when a village in Auvergne has the first experimental truffle field in Europe that produces cedar trees, as well as 100 oak and 100 hazelnut trees, we must salute it. Patrick Peron is a lover of this product. His tuber melanosporum (black truffle) and tuber uncinatum (autumn truffle) are of an extreme quality. To realize this, tastings and visits take place during the season: from the end of May to the end of August/September for the summer truffle, from September to December for the autumn truffle.

The Clos Fougères, a farm that has been in the same family since 1882, cultivates in integrated or organic farming some twenty varieties of fruit: peaches, raspberries, currants, hazelnuts, almonds, apples, pears, nashis, figs, quinces, flat peaches, blood peaches, white-fleshed apricots, feijoa, goji... In the store, you can find fruits, jams, fruit juices, wines, vegetables and aromatic plants. You can attend workshops, participate in the winegrower's picnic and even pick your own.

Les Vergers de Maubec is an organic farm located in Montélimar. The fruit farm covers 22 hectares and is committed to sustainable agriculture that respects people and the environment. Produce is fresh and picked when ripe, to enhance its taste. Water is managed responsibly and fertilization is adapted to the soil's needs. The farm also promotes biodiversity by planting hedges, protecting groves and installing nesting boxes for species beneficial to pest control. Since 2023, the entire farm has been certified organic. Les Vergers de Maubec offers two sales systems: export and French supermarkets, as well as direct sales from producer to consumer.

La Ferme des Saisons is a 5-generation market-garden farm in Murianette, just 8 km from Grenoble. From March to December, you'll find fresh, tasty fruit and vegetables. Committed to an agro-ecological approach for the past 3 years, the 6th generation is committed to offering you healthy, high-quality produce. On Fridays and Saturdays, a real farmers' market comes to life, with other local producers selling meats, cheeses, bread and more. This small organic vegetable farm was born from the idea of sharing vegetable production with local consumers in a simple and friendly way. The cultivation area is divided between open fields and cold tunnels. They produce the majority of their plants, the objective being to promote varieties adapted to the soil. Marine Mazel and François Chauvin did a lot of traveling before putting down roots in the Ardèche. In 2018, they embarked on organic vegetable and fruit production. La Boria des Gotas is the micro-farm project of Yann-Loïc and Gwendoline, built around a real environmental concern, explaining for example the choice of permaculture. During discovery workshops (for adults, children, or people with disabilities), they present this model as well as their garden of aromatic and medicinal plants (Gwendoline has training in herbal medicine). Producers, they offer in short circuit (at the farm or on the markets) flours, herbs, infusions and jams to fall down!

The merits of Bissardon are constantly being praised. In addition to its craftsmanship, Bissardon has distinguished itself for more than ten years in major agricultural competitions.
