SYNDICAT DE L'OLIVE DE NYONS ET DES BARONNIES

The syndicat de l'olive de Nyons promotes olive oil and black olives from Nyons and the surrounding area, which has been stamped with an AOC (tanche variety) since 1994. It supports the producers of the sector who are grouped in about fifty communes of the Drôme and the Vaucluse. The union organizes key events, notably the Olivades in July. Conferences are also given, notably on the diseases that can affect olive trees.

Together, they took over this store in 2019, which is now their workshop-boutique. Loïc's beehives, located in the Sud-Ardèche region, are one of the many regional products used to make their products. The establishment has also been awarded the "Goûter l'Ardèche" label, which promotes quality local products.

Ferme du Chapiron is a pork producer located in Parmilieu, in the Rhône-Alpes region, about 45 km east of Lyon. Since 2007, they have been raising black pigs from Gascon pigs in the open air, as well as Duroc pigs raised in the same way. All pigs are born and raised on the farm, before being processed in an approved laboratory. The farm sells fresh meat, charcuterie, dry sausages and other specialties direct all year round. Tours of the farm are available by appointment to observe the pigs in their natural habitat. Ferme du Chapiron receives no aid or subsidies and believes in simple values such as hard work, sincerity, common sense and courage. For professionals, the farm also offers terrines, rillettes and dry products such as ham and coppa.
