100% PLEIN AIR
Located on the heights of Venthon, near Albertville, the 100% free-range pig farm offers visitors a unique experience. The pigs benefit from wide-open spaces throughout their fattening period, remaining on the farm for 4 to 6 months. Piglets are also raised outdoors. Around 180 pigs are raised on site all year round, ensuring the piglets' recognized origin. The pigs are fed exclusively on non-GMO cereals produced by a miller. The farm's products include a variety of free-range pork meats and charcuterie, such as tenderloins, roasts, roulades, chops, cutlets, sautees, fresh brisket, salted brisket, raw feet, raw hams, cooked feet, cooked hams, cooked ham, cooked sausages, rind sausages, diots, pormoniers, pâtés, head cheese, dry sausages and raw ham.
