You have to go a little way from Lamastre to reach this leisure center below the village. There are tables for comfortable meals. Swimming is very pleasant in cool, clear water, even if access to the water via the rocks is sometimes tricky. On-site sanitary facilities and a snack bar mean you can spend a whole day listening to the murmur of the Doux. A popular spot in summer. On the edge of the lake, a wooded area of 3 hectares is equipped with heated pools (4 pools including an Olympic pool of 50 meters), a paddling pool with a play area, a water slide of 100 meters, diving boards from 1 meter to 10 meters, a restaurant, a rental point and sailing lessons, a multi-games area (beach volleyball ...). You can also swim directly in the lake thanks to a special access. This leisure center is located near the port of Rives.

The majestic setting of the Lac du Sautet, 350 hectares of turquoise water surrounded by mountains, notably the Obiou, has made it possible to set up a very pleasant summer water sports base. Swimming is supervised (July/August), a waterslide will delight children and an electro-solar boat will take the whole family for a ride. Electric boat (5/6 places) and kayak rental. Contrary to other lakes, which are the result of volcanic activity, the water of Saint-Eloy-les-Mines has its origin in human activity. In the past, there was a stadium and a fairground here, which were engulfed in a mining collapse. After their closure in 1978, it was decided to embellish the landscape by flooding the galleries. Today, the lake is open for swimming, fishing and pedal boats. On its shore one can relax, picnic, play and do sports.

Walks and fishing.

The Plan d'Eau du Duzon is especially lively in summer, during the festivities organized there in July. Swimming is not permitted. However, many local residents and tourists enjoy the refreshing waters of the Duzon river. Parents can relax in the shade of the poplars or in the warm sunshine, while children can enjoy the playground. There are picnic tables, a parking lot, public toilets, a volleyball court and, from June to September, a fast-food restaurant.

Below the pretty village of Saint-Martial, isolated in the mountains on the edge of the Ardèche plateau, this artificial lake not only enjoys an enchanting location, but is also very well equipped. The 2-hectare lake is more intimate than impressive. The beach and activity base, as well as the campsite and picnic area, are on the opposite side of the lake from the road, and can be reached via small paths that also make for a pleasant stroll. It will take you about an hour to walk around the lake.

Built in a gravel pit in the Saône, this ten-hectare lake is bordered by lawns and a sandy beach for sunbathing and family fun. During the summer season, from 10am to 7pm, you can swim under the supervision of qualified lifeguards. Surprisingly few lakes dot the mountains of the Ardèche. The few you do find are man-made. Such is the case with this lake, situated at an altitude of some 1,000 metres, which is a welcome refreshing stopover in summer. Swimming is supervised from mid-July to the end of August. The beach is equipped with a slide and water jets for children. Other services include a snack bar and various boat rentals (pedal boats and canoes). The La Prade lake is popular with anglers, as well as with the few holidaymakers who have discovered this somewhat secret spot. Many return year after year, seduced by the simple, gentle atmosphere. Its large grassy beach, punctuated by a few trees, makes it a particularly pleasant and beautiful place to rest, read and contemplate. A camping area sits alongside, sheltered by tall coniferous trees. During the fishing season, fishing cards are on sale at the lake's restaurant.

You can practice several water sports such as wakeboarding, water skiing, buoyancy, paddle or pedal boat, but also collective beach sports such as beach volleyball, tennis, soccer, petanque field... Also on the program is a health course and special activities for children. And to eat, there is the Belle Étoile, a guinguette with drinks, snacks, theme meals, popular dances in a friendly and festive atmosphere. Administered by the town, the Montélimar leisure park offers a variety of activities for all ages and tastes! On a 10-hectare site, including 6 hectares of water, you can choose between fishing, swimming, cycling or walking, enhanced by a fitness trail or orienteering course. Located below the village of Berbezit, the pond is the ideal place to fish (trout and carp), picnic or observing aquatic plants (prêles, sedge) and dragonflies. Near Montluçon, the pond of Sault is a little la beach.
