This run, which can also be done as a fast walk, is reserved for women. It's an event that celebrates solidarity, women's emancipation and the promotion of health. Every year, thousands of women gather in the streets of Pau to run together. The 6 km course winds through the city in a friendly atmosphere, with the aim of raising funds for local charities (breast cancer, domestic violence, etc.). In addition, the Foulée des Enfants is a 900 m course for budding runners. Whether you're an individual, a student or a corporate challenge, this is the place to be.

A traditional sport of the Gascons, the Landes race is still the main event of the village festivals. Ranked second among French marathons, the La Rochelle marathon takes place every year on the last weekend of November. In 2022, no less than 12,500 athletes came to run in the streets of La Rochelle on a flat course. Two loops and fast last kilometers, it does not take more to motivate the joggers! On the eve of the race, there was a "Leg Warmer", a tradition that allows runners to warm up. The public is always there!

Traditionally, in La Rochelle two races are held in November. Before facing the marathon that took place at the end of the month, joggers can take to the streets of Port-Neuf. It's the oldest race in the department! Since 1977, it has always been a very festive event with its 2 distances (4.5 and 10 km). The circuit is done on roads and paths on the outskirts of La Crèche. To stay in the Christmas spirit, it is welcome to run in disguise and the best disguises will be rewarded. Participants who wish to do so can also make a donation of 1 € to Secours Populaire to give a gift to the most needy at Christmas.

A very natural hike in the countryside of the Mellois country in the heart of Poitou with copious supplies (coffee, brioche, mulled wine, pancakes, soup, cold cuts). At the finish, there are the stadium showers, 4 high pressure cleaners for mountain bikes. The whole thing is animated by a brass band called the disonans. People will discover a beautiful little village and will be welcomed by the 50 volunteers. A sauerkraut meal (paying and limited to 200 people) will be offered to all participants at the end! Don't miss this very friendly race.

This 2 nd edition of the Lai Excavations that brought together 58 participants in 2016 is expected to be a similar success in 2017, but will be on a circuit different from that of last year. The race will take place on communal roads and roads. A hike will take place on the same route.

Here we go again for the 6th edition! A very friendly trail located in Barcus, a small village in the Pyrenean foothills, on the border of the Basque Country and Bearn.

Every year in September since 2010, a small corner of the Deux-Sèvres is animated at the rhythm of the 10 Bornes de Saint-Maxire, taking place in the town and surrounding areas. The programme of this convivial sport event: an easy 10 km walk between roads and paths for the big, and many free animations for children. Nearly 330 athletes are regularly expected at each edition. While the Feria de Dax attracts thousands of festival-goers every year, there's plenty to do for sports enthusiasts too. The Feriascapade attracts almost 4,000 athletes every year! This 10 km race, a qualifier for the French championship and part of the Landes road challenge, follows a flat course with no major difficulties around Dax. It is accessible to disabled athletes. The ^26th Feriascapade takes place at the Maurice Boyau municipal stadium. Non-licensed participants will need a medical certificate.

In July, Saint-Georges-de-Didonne hosts its Côte de Beauté relay. On the program: two running events of 5 and 10 km on a flat road. The ideal challenge, in short, to expend your energy! Put on your sneakers to be part of the 400 athletes expected!
