V & B or Wines and Beers (pronounce VI and BI). More than 80 stores spread across the national territory for this award created by two enthusiasts and whose mission is summarized as follows: " raise beer and democratize wine ". At V & B, you will find a wide selection of French and international wines (Spanish, Italian, South African or Argentine), champagnes, beer, again, you can go around the world, many whiskies, rums or spirits. The shops, in addition to the shop area, have a bar space to taste or test what you've already bought or what you want to taste before you can shave.

What's the link between a bug and a brewery? A passion: for animals and for the art of brewing beer. Passionate, the owner and brewer knows her stuff. You can enjoy a fruity beer of between 3 and 8% alcohol in the tape room (bar area), with a direct view of the vats. You can also take away some pretty labeled cans (with animals on them, of course). Opened in 2019, Frédéric's brewery offers artisanal beers with authentic flavors, made with know-how and from natural elements only. Unfiltered, unpasteurized and refermented beers in bottles, without additives or preservatives. Frédéric imagines authentic creations, without forgetting tradition, through a dozen beers with sunny names and graphics: white, light and full-bodied blonde, amber, different IPAs (double IPA, NEIPA...), brown, winter beer.

A local brewery producing a range of 100% natural craft beers. You can taste the traditional and organic Trompe Souris (blond, red, black, pink and white), the Vieille Tour, made of a blond and a brown beer, the Magnolia made with magnolia flowers and the organic Duck (blond, triple and red). The place is regularly transformed into a concert-café with an eclectic programme alternating between jazz, punk and traditional Irish melodies.

In this artisanal brewery we make the "triple": a beer of triple fermentation. Several steps in the manufacturing process: crushing, mashing, filtration, cooking with hops, fermentation, bottling, storage in a warm room. Several varieties of beer in a range of 8: blonde, white, triple flash, cherry beer, red, brown. The island has its own beer: N'O! The first and only beer brewed and bottled on the island! Several flavors: Noirmoutrine (light blonde), a white, Jouzel (amber beer with spices)... Available in 20 and 30 l kegs (tapping machine available). In 2023, after Peau Bleue, the Atlantide IPA won a silver medal at the Lyon competition. Limited editions include Cascadeuse (a seasonal beer brewed with hops freshly picked in the region), Fruitstock (red fruits) and Riverside, an organic beer at 6.5°.

To find this craft brewery, drive along the back roads of the Breton marshlands. On their farm, François and Ingrid produce their own beers in an eco-responsible way. They produce quality beers in blond, amber and brown versions, in a range of sizes, made from quality cereals and named after marshland birds (Avocette, Blue Throat), because here the notion of preserving nature is paramount. Beers made according to the traditional method: neither pasteurized nor filtered and following a long fermentation and maturation process, favouring their aromatic richness. It was in 2009 that the former pastry pastry craftsman from Château-Saved Hervé Grimault opened its artisanal brewery at the Parc des Loges. With wheat, barley, water and hops, Hervé made his passion by creating his own beers (7 hours for the brewing, 17 days for maturation) which can be rousses or elliptical! or white, golden to spices, chestnut or fruit. All of these "Grimhel" - the boss's brand - can also be tasted on site, just a few steps from the manufacturing workshop, in a large area where it makes good use of beer with friends. Of course, at the request, Hervé organizes private and/or theme evenings. 

This young microbrewery obtained, shortly after its creation, a nice recognition, with a gold medal at the Concours Général Agricole for its Stout beer! Its philosophy: to limit its impact on the environment, while regularly offering new recipes. All the beers, born from a demanding selection of organic malts and hops associated with the mastery of the latest brewing techniques, are packaged in returnable bottles. In the heart of the Docks de Chantenay, discover LAB, a place created from the historic building of a former oil mill (1852). Brasserie Mélusine produces 100% natural craft beers. Uncompromising in the quality of the ingredients selected, the beers are free from extracts, additives and colorants.
