In the heart of the Docks de Chantenay, discover LAB, a place created from the historic building of a former oil mill (1852). Stone and brick walls lined with bay windows reveal a wood and metal structure. Breathtaking views over the Loire and Trentemoult! This bar-restaurant is also a superb brasserie, where you can feast your eyes on the vats of beer produced on site. We recommend guided tours of the brewery workshops to find out almost everything there is to know about the brewing process!
