One Saturday a month, Marc organizes introductory tasting workshops on whiskies and rums.

The "good food" is also a menu of the chef's specialties such as his foie gras with pommeau de Bretagne or the salmon gravlax, or the VG, a curry of frika (potato pancake) and kasha (roasted buckwheat). Gourmets will try the chocolate fondant. Named after the initials of the Fournier and Longchamps families, the FL estate is located on the heights of Rochefort-sur-Loire and has 34 hectares of vines spread over the Savennières, Anjou Blanc and Anjou-Villages, Coteaux du Layon and Quarts de Chaume appellations. A 9-hectare organic and biodynamic vineyard producing Brem wines, owned by Bastien Mousset, a passionate and environmentally conscious winegrower. Bedouet Vigneron is a family estate located in Le Pallet, in the Muscadet vineyards. Founded in 1957 by Henri Bedouet, the estate is now run by Michel Bedouet and his son Antonin.
