Available on foot or by bike, the Mayenne trail takes the form of a Voie Verte (Green Way) covering some 100 kilometers, mostly in Mayenne and to a lesser extent in Maine-et-Loire. Departing from the commune of Mayenne, it stretches as far as Lion-d'Angers, serving a dozen towns along the way. Castles, locks and picturesque villages punctuate your strides or pedal strokes. If you're a local cyclist, you've just found a fantastic playground!

Read moreAn indispensable appointment is waiting every year for more or less trained amateurs of all terrain bikes: on the last weekend of September, the famous Kitten Trophy brings together thousands of mountain biking lovers in the Forêt-le-Guillaume forest. She carries her name in the event of rain before the race! Counsel: you have an interest in registering early if you don't want to remain a spectator… The weekend begins with a 15 km or 30 km walk on Saturday morning, followed by the Kitten's Kid, a mountain bike test for young people aged 7 to 14 years.
