Domaine de Hustet is a 100% organic family farm. Thanks to its vending machine open 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, the estate offers you the possibility of picking up eggs, seasonal fruit, sunflower oil, wheat flour, fruit juices, jams, 100% organic squash from its production as well as a selection of honeys at any time. The estate also sells honey from beekeepers and home-made grape juice. At the end of spring, fruits from the estate's orchards are offered and in autumn, jams, syrups and juices.

One of France's largest orchards in the heart of the Pays de Cocagne: over 200 hectares devoted to the production of apples and cherries, using traditional organic farming methods. Seven different apple juices are produced. The traditional one is a blend of three apple varieties (granny, golden and braeburn), giving a subtle taste of fresh apples; other varieties include cherry apple, granny, golden, braeburn, pink lady... For the festive season, Fonti'bubbles makes apple juice sparkling.

A former restaurateur, Bernard Salinier specializes in plant-based recipes. Fruits, vegetables, mushrooms -and sometimes spirits- are a permanent source of inspiration for this magician of flavors, who interprets traditional recipes and invents new ones. His store now has around 200 references: jams, compotes, fresh fruit cocktails, syrups, chutneys, condiments, liqueurs, spreads... Among the best-sellers, the Marcillac wine jam. The gherkin spread is another very popular dish.

But Au jardin des Saveurs is much more than a sales outlet because Hélène and Henri wanted to make this place a showcase for the products of this corner of Roussillon to which they are so attached: wines, olives, anchovies ...

At this fruit and vegetable producer who works in sustainable agriculture, you will have plenty of vitamins! According to the season, salads, beans, red onions, strawberries, including the famous gariguettes, melons, yellow melons, watermelons, peaches, apricots, and all summer the most varied tomatoes, from cocktail to cherry, beef hearts, black Crimean ... And then you can attend the manufacture of ice cream and sorbets made in Paysan Catalan with a view of the "Lab", a treat for the eyes and taste buds.

With its original combination of jute bags, in homage to the past and noble and traditional materials, this colourful and fragrant outlet will attract your gaze. The boss is a passionate guy, he talks about dry vegetables with the eye bent and gives you the desire to cook. Listening to his time, Bruno was the first to propose an impressive choice of tomato varieties in the spring: Crimée black, coeur, cerise, cherry and cocktail, cluster, everyone finds their happiness at priceless prices. Part of the stall is devoted to candied fruit, a traditional Provencal tradition, unfortunately not present at the Halles de Nîmes. The choice is vast, the magnificent quality… and prices, as everywhere for this kind of products, sometimes high.

If the reception is typical of the Concurrent Concurrent competitor, the "Kingdom" effectively carries its name: eight varieties of potatoes, a large stall decorated with sweet piments and Lautrec pink garlic, the onion in colorful varieties and lemons. A total of 32 species of vegetables are harvested in the field on the 1.5 ha he cultivates in summer and winter. Freshness is guaranteed by the fact that harvesting is followed by direct sale, with no "cold room" stage. Among these vegetables, two varieties are customer favorites: ogen melon and mini watermelons.

Michel Garcia is a true lover of his fruits and his land. The direct sales store "Chez Éliane" sells part of his production, but you can also find Michel on the markets of the Thau basin. 100% local, the best fruits are picked at maturity for nectars rich in sun and flavors. The workshop of transformation labeled organic is opened to the farmers and amateurs who wish to develop a part of their production.
