People come here to buy fresh truffles, but also to learn. Owner Michel Tournayre devotes his entire family estate to the production of the famous black diamond. In summer for the white truffle, in winter for the black, educational tours take you to the heart of the truffle plantations, and half-day immersion courses in small groups of 6 people will have you cavorting, searching for truffles with the dog, then sorting and brushing the harvest to finish with a tasting. Visits are always followed by the opening of the boutique.
