These beekeepers practice transhumance over lavender fields, chestnut and acacia forests, garrigues and causses, offering a wide range of locally-produced organic honeys. Thirteen varieties of honey and a wide range of products are on offer: honey gingerbread, mead, honey nougat, honey sweets, honey vinegar, propolis, beeswax... The honey house also boasts a large production of royal jelly.

The owners practise their trade with passion, respecting the traditions of yesteryear and using modern technology. Le Moulin d'Uzès produces its olive oil by cold extraction using a centrifuge. Picholine, a Nîmes PDO registered variety, is produced and processed to give an authentic oil with a fine, fragrant taste. Olive oil from France comes from harvests in the Gard region by partner farmers. These flavours can be found in the boutique after a visit to the mill and a tasting session at the oil bar.

The Syndicat des Vignerons du Duchy of Uzès is a vineyard that has naturally found, over time, the contours of the former bishopric. The appellation covers the 3 colors: red wines, rosé wines and white wines, with 29 labeled cellars. Here, the Compagnie Bachique inducts, during its grand chapters, personalities from all socio-professional backgrounds who participate in promoting the reputation of the wines of the Duchy of Uzès. Les Truffières d'Uzès is a place where different events take place. For example, it's a truffle bar every Thursday evening from January to March, subject to production. An ephemeral restaurant for groups at lunchtime and in the evening, subject to reservation, during the same period. In recent years, Michel Tournayre, owner of this family estate, has converted almost 20% of the land to develop production of the famous black diamond. Educational tours take you to the heart of the truffle plantations, and the visit is always followed by the opening of the boutique.

This is macaron heaven, and Anthony Marandon is the ace in the hole. After a career as a cook, this chef channels all his talent into pastry-making. As a result, he creates over fifty flavors of macaroons, fresh from the oven every day, including a whole range of ephemera that changes with the seasons, like black truffles for example, since we're in his capital. Savory flavors, such as foie gras or tapenade, sit alongside chocolate raspberry or chestnut cream. In the colorful boutique, you can watch the production process in action.

In the center of Uzès, Domaine Saint-Firmin offers a range of fresh, easy-to-drink wines with fruit, licorice and spice aromas, enjoyable in all seasons and at very reasonable prices. Robert and Didier Blanc, the^3rd generation to work here, bring their passion and know-how to bear on the expression of the vines through their multiple beverages. In addition to the estate's wines, the boutique offers an attractive range of local products. Guided tours, events and motorhome reception are additional advantages.
