Harvest time combines the pleasure of good wines with that of good food. A fresh and tasty menu of the day, made from local produce, is accompanied by a glass of wine carefully selected from the shelves of bottles from vineyards that favour natural, organic and biodynamic wines. For 15 years, this wine shop has become a reference address. Tasting evenings, meetings with winemakers equally passionate about the alchemy of grape varieties and blends are regularly organised. The setting has the charm of the old-fashioned stalls, it is in unison with the passion for the divine bottle which here occupies the place of a divine queen!

This former district wine cellar was completely relookée in December 2004. Small tasting lounge, club chairs and especially good wines! Here the opening is: 15 countries represented and small producers. With no less than 200 references, the thermometer uncovers you with very pleasant wines by going directly to the producers. Tasting evenings are organised for groups of 10 people. The main idea of the Thermometer is to develop the senses, also you will find regional, Asian and handicraft products.

For 30 years, the Cave Spirituelle has been inviting us to discover wines and spirits from the four corners of the wine-growing world with the same communicative enthusiasm. Do you have any questions? They have the answers! Like any passionate cellar, the search for local products is also an increased motivation, especially in the spirits department. Apart from magnificent armagnacs and sumptuous cognacs, the whisky card is the French touch, sometimes with a stamp made in Occitania! The racks change with the harvest and the winemaking process. La Boutique des Vins celebrated its fortieth anniversary in 2022. Forty years of family history, but above all forty years of loyalty on the part of Toulousians for a store that is naturally established in the most gourmet of neighborhoods. With 600 wine references in total, between 20 and 30 references per region of France, the vinothek carries its name. It is one of the largest wineries in Toulouse! This characterful terroir brings power and elegance to the Merlot, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Viognier and Chardonnay grape varieties that make it up and flourish here. The vineyard's privileged geographical location enables it to produce a wide variety of appellations: IGP Pays d'Oc, IGP Cévennes and AOP Duché d'Uzès. The "Vignes, Vins et Patrimoine" (Vines, Wines and Heritage) discovery trail, with its explanatory panels, starts at the winery and offers a delightful stroll through the vineyards.

Set to witness the agricultural activity of these steep lands, which are suitable for orchards, they are also in the culture of the vine, which has long made the village live and now gives rise to taste celebration. This former wine cellar today depends on the Regional Natural Park of the Causses. A nice shop for the presentation of wines and other products from the land.

Whether red, rosé, white, strong or sweet, you're sure to appreciate the wines of Saint Jean de Minervois. Fans of muscat petit grain come from all over the world: straw-yellow color with green highlights, powerful nose with a hint of lemongrass, quince, acacia flower and a lovely roundness on the palate. You'll also find muscat marc brandy, "Vendanges d'automne", dry muscat, AOC Minervois red and the cuvée de Muscat de Noël!

At the foot of the Gardiole massif lies the vineyard of La Cave de Rabelais, where the vines are planted with a single grape variety, the white Muscat à petit grain, spread over two villages, Vic-la-Gardiole and Mireval. The tasting area of the Cave de Rabelais is an invitation to enter the funny and generous universe of this whimsical character that was François Rabelais, who quoted this beverage that he appreciated during his studies in Montpellier, in one of his writings. Since then, time has passed and Rabelais' cellar still seduces fine palates.

In 1623, Pierre Mercadier planted the first vines. The estate, handed down from mother to daughter, was enriched with schist terroirs under the direction of Christine and Luc. The Clos Bagatelle coat of arms, a woman in armor, foretells an adventurous history. Today, Luc manages the vineyards, Christine, his sister, the marketing and Françoise looks after the estate and exports. A place where challenges are met in a spirit of complicity to offer fine, quality wines: AOC Saint-Chinian red and rosé, a white and Muscat de Saint-Jean-de Minervois.

It was in this house that Charles Trenet's father once held his office as a notary. Today it is the property of the Saint-Chinian wine syndicate and houses a rather remarkable producers' shop: more than 300 references of AOC Saint-Chinian are present there. What a treat! The house also offers introductory tasting courses and discovery tours of culture, tourism, vineyards and gastronomy ... Quite a programme!

Founded in 1935, the winery's vineyards extend over 4 communes and bring together the production of 180 winegrowers. A geological diversity of soils and a maritime microclimate characterize the wines, which can be discovered in the brand-new, modern and welcoming cellar. Gift ideas include the cuvée Vermeil du Crès, AOP Languedoc and dry muscat or a white chardonnay. Work has been done with a historian to promote wine tourism through discovery walks.

Following the merger of the Notre-Dame de Londres, Valflaunès and Saint-Mathieu de Tréviers wineries, the Vignoble des 3 Châteaux, formerly known as the Coteaux du Pic winery, is now one of the most prestigious in the Languedoc. The temperature variations between day and night, combined with the Mediterranean and continental climates, favor optimal ripening of the grapes and the presence of polyphenols, giving the cuvées their originality. These special, authentic wines express themselves with elegance, offering a unique experience.

Founded in 1914, it is one of the oldest wineries in the region. The 85 or so cooperative members, working on some 500 hectares, all have the same objective: quality. The cellar offers a wide choice of vins de pays d'Oc, vins de pays du Gard and Costières de Nîmes, with Merlot, Grenache and Carignan for the reds, and Sauvignon and Colombard for the whites. Bulk wines are also available, including bag-in-box, and a number of cuvées such as Cuvée Goya. Finally, quality products such as Beaucaire olive oil, honey and fruit juices.

In the 1970s, the villages of Peyriac de Mer, Sigean and Portel-des-Corbières joined forces and founded the "Rocbère" brand, a nod to the rock that overlooks the Berre River. The cellar took a decisive turn in 1993 with the old gypsum quarry of Portel, 80 meters underground, where the wine is aged. For more than 20 years, it has been possible to wander through this quarry, among the oak barrels and old casks, on the Terra Vinea tour.

Located less than 10 km from the Hérault capital, this cooperative winery brings together around 80 cooperative winegrowers who cultivate some 400 ha of vines. Created in 1947, it covers a vast territory that varies from gravelly hillsides to red earth, from garrigue soils to limestone gravel. This richness enables bottles full of richness and diversity to be lined up on the shelves of the Saint Georges d'Orques cellar. In total, more than fifty wines are represented inside, ranging from fruity nectar to powerful vin de garde. Note that a second cellar for direct sale is located in Montpellier, on the site of the former Celleneuve cooperative (10 rue de Gignac).

On soils composed of schist, gneiss, granitic and clay-limestone arenas, the winegrowers of the "cave coop" (founded in 1920) produce beautiful nectars and it is often said that the best of the department are born in the area. Louis Sepet founded the house in 1912. The house prospered for decades and today the address is a must for shopping trips in Cauterets. He wanted to promote wines and regional products to tourists who were seriously interested in the Pyrenees. The cellar proposes a very nice selection of French wines as well as delicatessen products. You will find the local beer Excelsa. The Cave Sepet delivers to professionals as well as individuals in Cauterets and in the neighboring valleys.

Founded in 1887, this grocery store quickly became a great success. In the 60s, after 3 generations, the company turned to the production of preserves. In the 1980s, the company continued to specialize in fine Southwestern gastronomy. Today, a dining cellar/wine bar adjoins the store, where you can enjoy truffled sausage, cassoulet and sharing platters on the spot for lunch and dinner... Just next to the majestic Valentré Bridge, you can't miss the shop of the famous Château Lagrezette, whose first harvest took place in 1503. Clos Fardet is the oldest winery in the village of Madiran, which gives it a little extra soul. In 1998, Pascal Savoret took over the reins of this family business. At Caves et Domaines, you'll find a boutique dedicated to wines from all regions, with a wide choice to suit all pockets and all types of connoisseur. Founded in 1953, Cave de Técou, with its 465 ha of vineyards, is located between Toulouse and Albi, in the heart of the Gaillac vineyards on the left bank of the Tarn. Part of Vinovalie, it is a pioneer in barrel ageing, and now boasts 650 barrels of 225-liter capacity. The Comptoir des Vignes is the place to be for epicureans in search of good wines... but not only. We don't know where to turn as there is so much choice. Let's start with the wines, even if the department dedicated to the region has the lion's share, you can also find nice Burgundy, Côtes du Rhône, Bordeaux and even world wines. Les Vignerons des Capitelles at the cellar in Euzet offer a full range of red wines IGP Gard, IGP Cévennes, AOC Duché d'Uzès, IGP Oc in white, rosé and red varieties. Le Caveau is at the heart of the "Vin des Sables" appellation. Here, you can taste the wines of the sands, and in particular the famous gris de gris produced by the winegrowers of the Sabledoc winery (an entity born of the merger of the Sablons, Saint-Louis and du Môle wineries). As early as 1957, a few winegrowers with insufficient cellar facilities decided to create the Cave Coopérative de Saint-Sardos. In 1960, they established a standard vineyard in order to limit planting to the best noble grape varieties on the best terroirs. The vineyard took off and the winemakers obtained their first Appellation d'Origine Simple. Motivated and encouraged by this result, this management team formed the Saint-Sardos local wine producers' union in 1974.
