The cellar is located halfway between Albi and Gaillac on the D 988. 100 wine growers, 57 municipalities, 43 of them in AOC. The first producer of gaillac grows from year to year, its flagship product nevertheless remains the Perlé, often award-winning, whose cellar markets 80% of the production of the gaillacois vineyard. The cooperative cellar of Gaujac is a small cellar founded in 1928. The tasting and sales cellar is at the entrance to the village. Its cooperative winegrowers cultivate today 180 hectares of vines around the village in an area which is on the edge of the Côtes-du-Rhône appellation, at the foot of the Roman oppidum and bathed by the sun of the Gard, giving great wines with subtle and fruity bouquets. Authentic wines, with a great diversity of red, rosé and white wines, perfect for both small and large occasions.

Located in the ^19th century château de Capdeville, this tasting and sales area serves as a showcase for the AOP Fronton appellation. Very aromatic wines made from a local grape variety, the négrette. Three wines for free tasting each week, nearly 150 references belonging to the different domains of the Fronton appellation. Hiking, music in the vineyard, exhibition, wine and chocolate tasting... Fronton can be consumed without moderation or almost!

Initially sold in pharmacies, Byrrh was soon exported beyond the borders under the title of "tonic and hygienic wine". This aperitif is elaborated thanks to skilful dosages of various aromatic plants, giving it sweet and bitter flavours, then aged for two to three years in oak tuns, one of which is the largest oak vat in the world: 1,200,000 litres! The cellars can be visited and as soon as the weather is fine, sound and light, dramatised visits and guided tours will tell you the incredible story of the Violet brothers.

Worthy sons of Bacchus, Arthur Lallemand and Adrien Mingaud from Limoux transport us through their selection of wines into a universe of aromas and passion. Entering the lair of the Cabanel house is to discover the Carcassonne of the 19th century with, in its courtyard, the superb ironwork marquee designed in 1868 in the Eiffel style. A historical place not to be missed, the place has inherited the secrets of the famous Micheline, a recipe dating back to the 4th century, and of the Or-Kina, a plant-based aperitif. It also produces a pastis 100% Carcassonne and the famous "Crème de Menthe" and "Crème de Citron".

Raphaël, a former sommelier and epicurean at heart, has just taken over this cellar, offering a wide selection of wines (300 references) from Languedoc, Côtes-du-Rhône, Burgundy, Bordeaux and the Loire, as well as foreign wines. A few favorites include Domaine Jeff Carrel's Les Darons, a red AOP Languedoc wine, a blend of several terroirs from very old vines. A concentrated, mineral wine with fine tannins. The Vignerons du Vallon, from the cooperative cellar near Valady, have offered themselves a "second home". With this shop in a prominent place on the Marcillac town tour, they have a second local point of sale. But not only that! Every Sunday morning, in season, at the time of the famous Sunday market, the vineyard workers provide entertainment by explaining their daily life. A way for them to get even more involved in the promotion of this "divine wine". But also to reinforce the proximity with the consumers.

The Villa Malbec is the official showcase for Cahors AOC wines, and is the official tasting space for Cahors Malbec wines in its refined and lounge-like decor. The establishment, which is part of the Union Interprofessionnels des Vins de Cahors, does not sell bottles but rather presents quality products. 86 winegrowers are represented there. Villa Malbec regularly organises after-work evenings open to both novices and amateurs. You will not fail to find a quality service. A must in Lot oenology.

This house, founded under Louis-Philippe, is proud to be the oldest in Armagnac. For 180 years, the Dartigalongue family has watched over the maturation of their eaux-de-vie in a magnificent cellar in the heart of Nogaro. Their armagnacs are the result of the blending of ugni blanc, baco and folle-blanche. They are distilled in a low-temperature still and aged for many years in oak barrels from the region. The house presents a very complete collection of eaux-de-vie (VSOP, hors d'âge, vintage...).
