You will have the choice between canoeing or kayaking to wander along the Aude river or renting "with a guide" (from 5 people), canyoning: several levels of difficulty are offered on different sites, rafting and hydrospeed, climbing, speleology, archery, mountain biking or stand up paddle boarding. The will of this white water base is to associate the practice of outdoor activities with the economic development of the valleys, or how to reconcile practice and respect for the environment in order to better think about the activities of tomorrow. All summer long, the Ranch Desperado allows you to create beautiful memories during horseback riding. Situated at the gates of Carcassonne and a few minutes from the medieval city, this course climbs along the hill and is on the plateau of the Mediterranean vegetation. The greens, well protected, are designed and will require your attention. Note the hole No. 5, one par 4 m 303 m bordered on the left as on the right by two water obstacles. If your first blow is not right, it will be the insured drop! Hole No. 14 is a little small but very nice, by 3 of 154 m whose green is embedded in pine trees. Finally, Hole No. 17 is one par 4 m in a dog-leg left very pronounced with a bunker falling from drive. The first shot is essential if you want to reach the green at the second blow, avoiding of course the pins lining the fairway. Two on-site restaurants: Auriac Bistro offering a simple and tasty cuisine, including succulent grilled meats in the fireplace and Bernard Rigaudis restaurant offering a refined cuisine where seasonal products are placed in honor. From mid-September to mid-June, the club offers 10 water activities for the discovery of the aquatic environment, learning, physical maintenance, competition as well as rescue training. The Lézignan-Corbières flying club, located on the town's airfield, offers a range of aviation-related activities. There's a flying school where you can learn to fly from the club's volunteer instructors. It's also possible to take a first flight and fly over the sites of the Pays Cathares. Flights last 15 or 30 minutes and allow you to discover the region, including the Cathar castles, the Cité de Carcassonne, the coastline and Minerve. The aeroclub also offers introductory flights, comprising a theory lesson on the ground, 30 minutes flight time in the pilot's position with the instructor, and a debriefing by the instructor.

This establishment of Narbonne-Plage allows you to rent boats and to obtain your boat license to access the Narbonne coast. Indeed, the certified instructors accompany you in the navigation training, offering courses ranging from initiation to improvement. At the same time, the address offers rentals of motorboats, jet-skis (with a license from 16 years old) and inflatable paddles. Specialists in nautical training, the objective is for you to become responsible boaters and to pass your theoretical exam with flying colours.

The Acacia Tennis Club offers various formulas for the whole family, as well as animations and internships during school holidays. The club has seven covered courses and three squash rooms to scramble on the ground or squash. After the effort you can relax in the large club house and enjoy a drink in the bar in a relaxed atmosphere. Rates on request at the reception of the club.

This atypical planetarium is located about 1 km from the city center of Nîmes, towards the northeast. It offers sessions for all audiences and without appointment. The surroundings of Carbonne are rich in water bodies developed in former gravel pits. The headquarters of the rallye des Gazelles is located in Villeneuve-lèz-Avignon. This is an orienteering race, not a speed race, that takes place in the desert in southern Morocco, accessible to all women all over the world. Three extraordinary weeks, nine sporting stages between tracks and dunes, meetings with the desert populations... After finding sponsors, the Gazelles have to do internships: compass in December and piloting in the desert in February (optional, few do). In March, the team enters the scene: sponsor meetings, technical checks in Nice and departure from Sète (sometimes Nice or Barcelona) to Tangier in Morocco, on the way to Erfoud, the competition and the official arrival at the end of March in Essaouira. The Gazelles need a tent, sleeping bags, mattresses, military meals, a set of detailed maps, a road book (daily logbook), a magic rule and a reporter, the famous compass, and above all to have the mind to achieve their goal: to find up to ten beacons a day in the desert. Set in 25 hectares on the shores of Lake Naussac, this GOLF course comprises nine holes of increasing difficulty. The club also organizes corporate regattas.
