Stéphanie and Stéphane Corticchiato are true epicureans. After transforming the 13th-century château into the Domaine de la Tour, offering cosy guest rooms and table d'hôtes in a haven of peace, they have now embarked on another adventure, that of a wine bar that also serves as a cultural venue with regular musical events, concerts, festive meals and wine tasting. It's a new family business (son, brother and sister-in-law) where you'll feel welcome and at home, combining festivities and gastronomy.

It's an address that some regulars would like to keep to themselves, like a secret spot where you can take refuge when you're tired of the hustle and bustle of the city. Tea or coffee? The choice is yours, with a dozen proposals in each category. Or how about a hot chocolate? Voluptuous, generous, comforting when the first chill sets in. If you're in the mood for freshness, you can also opt for granités. Pastries? Of course you can! And if you're an early riser, you can even opt for an authentic English breakfast . A friendly atmosphere, a refined but cosy setting, authenticity, a pleasant welcome - this coffee shop is much appreciated.

Earthly and spiritual nourishment for this restaurant-café-show located in the corner of a house on Rue Astrié. Leeloo and Clément are the masters of the place, and have made L'Antre Deux a very pleasant place to socialize. Whether on your own or in moderation, you can enjoy a glass of one of the many local, French or Spanish wines selected for their quality, while enjoying a variety of shows (jazz concerts, theater...). There's also a wide choice of succulent tapas. The welcome is friendly, simple and cosy.

Located in the Chalets district, this coffee shop has a lot to offer. At the helm, Sophie, sommelier and barista, Aurélien and Inès. While Sophie makes your latte macchiato, Inès prepares the pastries served at breakfast and during the day. Don't miss the brunch and even less the nibbles at the end of the day with small dishes to share that invite you to travel accompanied by a local fruit juice or a glass of (natural) wine. A fresh address as we like it and a great welcome!

After numerous trips, notably to South America and the Caribbean, Patty and Tcheka settled in Ax-les-Thermes to open this super bodega bar-restaurant-tapas, etc. Their gamble paid off: the place is cosy and friendly, with an excellent atmosphere. The decor is essentially warm wood. You can eat delicious tapas, burgers and even a tartiflette with porcini mushrooms! The evenings continue with DJ entertainment, music... In summer, our two lovebirds return to their native Basque country to entertain summer guests at a campsite on the ocean coast.

In June 2021, Philippe opened his friends' bar, In Vin'Oh. And it's a success, the gangs of friends meet around a good glass of wine and a board of local charcuterie, cheese from Franche-Comté or both, and even seafood from Paimpol. The wines come from the Lot of course, but also from all over France. The beer is from Picardy, the owner's home region. Located on the city tour, the bar is spacious, completely renovated, and allows to welcome concerts regularly.

Restaurant but also (and above all) beer bar in Pamiers, in the former intermarché at La Cavalerie. Opened in early February by Jérôme Chrestia and Gregory Lacoste. Large boi room, barrel tables, large tables for friends. At lunchtime, the restaurant offers a simple, tasty menu (tartare, burger, magret....), and in the evening, a fine tapas menu that goes well with the wide choice of Belgian and German beers. Theme evenings, parties, sports broadcasts. A great new place for a fun evening out.

Marc, the friendly owner, offers a unique concept that customers love during the week. You can, at your leisure, buy your favorite meat or fish from the shopkeeper of your choice, then come to the Comptoir des Halles to have it cooked on a plancha. But you can also eat duck breast, beef or chicken brochettes, bought on the spot by the owner. On Sundays, you can have tapas with a plate of cold meats, including Serrano, and manchego cheese or cheese from the sea, with mussels, squid and breaded mussel brochettes.

The top of the cultural café is nestled in Puivert! On the edge of a country road, you open the door to a human and artistic adventure: you will find all year long: poetry evenings, natural wine tasting, slam, open stages, creativity workshops, concerts... Chez Marius is a small family inn where the tables are crowded. It is an enchanted moment in this beautiful rural village of the Razès that is Puivert.

Martin and his team are known on the square for the delicious organic and ethical cookies of the Oie gourmande. A gosling has just been born in the form of this Scop. It is this new and vast space of life, at the same time friendly tea room, bakery, pastry shop, snacking which are added to the space of sale and the manufacture of the cookies. Also small-scale catering with an ethic of food transition and only local producers. Pleasant patio and its olive tree.

A V&B in Castelnaudary, a successful bet. Same manager as the one in Carcassonne, the concept is the same and works very well in the city of Chaur. Initial concept by two epicureans who love wine and beer, V and B quickly spread the good mood in the sad industrial areas of France. Today, they are friendly stores and bars with 350 beers, 300 wines, 200 whiskies, 100 rums from all over the world and the desire to bring together generations and styles around boards of cold cuts and cheese at low prices.

The associative café of Tarbes has just celebrated its 5th anniversary. Solidarity and citizenship, it welcomes you for small meals at lunchtime, workshops during the day, events in the evening (concert, theater, movie-debate, reading...) or simply for a coffee and a chat. In this warm and welcoming place, you will also find a solidarity fridge, a computer corner, travel books, games... After a long hike or a walk in the village, La Buvette welcomes you on its small terrace for a refreshment. The only night bar in Argelès-Gazost, the place is both a café by day, a neighborhood bar and a party place. The owner welcomes you very warmly and very quickly you speak with the regulars or the tourists of the terrace. Several beers on draught are proposed to you, and a TV for the sports matches completes the offer. A place to come at least once to feel Argelesian or Argelesian!

La Guarida is the right place for tasty drinks in a lively atmosphere. Sit at the bar with a delicious drink and melt into the nightlife. More than an oyster and cocktail bar, the Cuban cuisine offers a wide range of tasty and freshly prepared recipes. In summer, the Guarida makes its guinguette and moves on the Avenue Torcatis on the banks of the Têt. Family atmosphere and a little overexcited, we like.

The ocean in the mountains? It is possible! Thanks to this new bar in Luz-Saint-Sauveur, Chez Pif. Eating oysters in Toy country is now easy. These magnificent shellfish come from Hossegor, directly from the producer. You can also taste whelks, shrimps and other shellfish according to the arrivals. A beautiful wine list accompanies these products of the sea. The setting is friendly and warm, and the welcome is smiling. Enjoy the small terrace in summer. You can also order take-away trays.

El Milagro, the miracle in Spanish, is a tapas and beer bar very Latino. It's hard to do more in the Central and South American atmosphere. You can taste tapas and Mexican beers, listen to real Latino music and party like there. Between two mojitos, admire the decoration because it is unique. One more store in the rue des Cardeurs, this pretty pedestrian street, a little secret but which attracts people around its restaurants and bars. Here, the atmosphere smells of real life. A place to discover for the animated and frenzied end of the evening.

In a street parallel to the main streets, quieter, you discover this very nice bar. You can enjoy the sun on the large terrace which has just been redone. The Café du Commerce welcomes you to relax during the day with a hot drink, or to enjoy its nice beer menu and its tapas in the evening. The establishment also sometimes organizes concerts. The atmosphere is warm and cheerful, as the bar's motto says: "May you always have laughter to make us happy"!

But this year, we moved to Port Vendres in a larger place facing the port. For the atmosphere and the philosophy, nothing has changed, Nico still serves an Iberian cuisine made of love and fine products. Gard ô vin is the story of two women - Rosanna, Italian, and Marie, French - epicureans with a shared love of wine and good food. You can discover a wide range of wines and dishes reminiscent of the Cisalpine peninsula: burrata, artisanal mozzarella, Italian charcuterie and cheeses (Tuscan sheep's cheese with truffles). Their aim: to showcase products typical of the different regions of Italy. Desserts: homemade tiramisu and panna cotta. Great Italian food and regular entertainment.

Logigames is a cybercafé located in Carcassonne. This establishment offers a warm and friendly setting for moments of playful relaxation. In addition to the computers available for surfing the web, scanning or printing, Logigames also offers a board game store, where visitors can enjoy the best games available in their game library. A café/snack bar is also available, offering the chance to enjoy a good panini or coffee. Logigames also organizes daily tournaments and special events, such as booster drafts and introductions to the Magic the Gathering card game. Julien and Yannick are the two partners who generously run this comfortable tea room. Here, you can drink tea and make friends at the same time. From the Lady Yang Guiffi, a blend of lychee and pear, to the spicy Africa Massala, there's something for everyone. At table, we devour savory tarts that regularly change flavor. These are served for breakfast, as are the delicious homemade cakes (cheesecake, banoffee...). Accompanied by a Gaïa tea (also sold in bulk), it's a sweet, gourmet moment.

Located on the Place de la Croix Blanche in Eaunes, H&A Brasserie is a restaurant offering on-site dining. It does not offer takeaway or delivery services. The menu is available on their Facebook page.

Au Bureau Fenouillet is a restaurant located in the Galerie - Espaces Fenouillet. The restaurant offers burgers, bistro cuisine and local specialties, all in a retro Anglo-Saxon decor.
