Soup bar, tea salon… This small gourmant corner is facilitated by Clemency, the initiator of this innovative project. Here you will find free service, hot and cold soups, salads, salty and sweet pies, but also simmered dishes and desserts! You can choose to discover these places on site, in the room or on the terrace, or take them at home or at the office, for a moment of simple and stimulating pleasure. Made of coriander coral lentils, soup of carrots in cumin-ginger-orange-orange, minestrone, tomato ou or cucumber, potato salad in Thai… then cheesecake, chocolate foam and caramel with salt butter, jam apple-raspberry-rhubarb, seasonal fruit foam, here are some of the home's dishes to be discovered without delay! Pepper Pot's card evolves over the seasons… and the room welcomes months of new exhibitions!
