The products. The "Nüdle to the Old" Valfleuri product is comparable to homemade pasta. Yellow yellow color they are peeled and shaped like fresh pasta. The Corolles, Ondines and Spirales made old with a bronze mold have a rustic appearance that clings well to sauces. They are all recognized by the chefs of Alsace for their excellent taste.

Marcel Metzler is a true passion for foie gras! Not only does he do everything to promote this beautiful product at his boutique in Gueberschwihr, but he has committed himself for a decade to the great project to create a protected geographical indication for the fatty liver of Alsatian goose… and created for this purpose an Academy of Foie Gras. The products offered at the boutique are of quality, all guaranteed of French origin. You will find here fatty livers of goose or whole duck, in semi- (preserved, (18,50 € for 100 g goose liver), fat livers of duck and semi-baked goose to cloth, great crus of foie and goose fatty liver, nature, smoked, candied figs, Pinot noir and gingerbread, or grapes marinated to vineyard Grand Cru… Also discover the house specialty, the Canoie, developed from the lobes of foie gras and goose, by layers superimposed, to enjoy the goose and duck together! Amateurs of Foie gras, do not hesitate to take a tour in this cave of Ali Ba… fat!

The farmers of the Valley of Munster invite themselves in the heart of the old town of Colmar in this nice shop which abounds in excellent craft products. Mainly cheeses: Tome du Val Saint-Grégoire, Mussiger Schwiserkas, organic Bleu des Vosges and all kinds of Munster cheeses (matured, raw milk, white...). There are also excellent home-made charcuteries, pies (pork, poultry, ham...), cooked dishes, jams and honeys, as well as a fine range of wines and spirits from Alsace. Baskets filled and made to measure.

Taste our nature! This is the motto of this traditional dairy farm, which specialises in cheese processing and dairy farming in organic farming according to old-fashioned recipes. Ferme Didion obviously produces the star of the vintage: the Munster farmer AOC. But many other products derived from milk are also available: bargkas, fresh cheeses and yoghurts (plain or flavoured), dessert creams. Ferme Didion sells directly on site and is present in various markets in the region. It also supplies (on order) Munster ravioli (delicious on a bed of salad) and cottage cheese pies (to be enjoyed with a red fruit coulis, for example). All of Ferme Didion's productions come from dairy heifers raised on permanent grasslands. The place known as "Le Faurupt" is set in a magnificent natural setting with an almost southern exposure. It reveals itself particularly along the road winding towards the Col des Bagenelles. It is in this idyllic environment that Marie-Cécile and Gérard Claudepierre perpetuate the family tradition of making raw milk munster, barikass and other mountain tomme. Their reputation extends far beyond the borders of France, as their delicious cheeses have been invited to the tables of fine Dutch, Belgian and German connoisseurs... In his maturing room, where the granite of the mountain outcrops, Gérard Claudepierre cultivates a unique know-how inherited from his parents. It is here, on rotating shelves, that the cheeses are matured to offer the consumer their bouquet of inimitable flower and herb aromas. In addition to making cheese, Marie-Cécile sells homemade blueberry jam and mountain honey. The farm also houses a gîte which can accommodate up to six people (3 bedrooms). Rustic decoration, living room with fireplace, central and wood heating, and large well equipped kitchen. Outdoor play area for children.

It took 20 years to attend the opening of a bakery in Sigolsheim! Since November 2014, Virginie and Hervé Fleith have been delighting lovers of good bread! The young couple is campaigning for the restoration of the good taste of yesteryear with breads made in accordance with ancestral bread-making methods, using natural ingredients such as pure water, sea salt and flour that has not been bleached, treated or aged for two months. Special breads, various sandwiches and mauricettes, hot pies, poultry pies, snacks, tasty pastries, homemade ice creams, delicious pastries and daily specials (at lunchtime) vary according to the seasons. Don't hesitate to stop by the Mambourg bakery, in its pleasant tea room or on its pretty wooden terrace.
