Franck Début works an 8-hectare vineyard with a strong predominance of meunier grapes, using sustainable viticulture, in the purest respect of traditions. For the neophytes, the website of the House is very informative on the history of the village and the wine making process. These owner-growers have made time their ally and patience their secret. Stainless steel vats, malolactic fermentation... everything is put in place to preserve the personality of each wine whose taste signature is definitely round and greedy.
