Here you'll find a fine selection of top-quality cheeses from the best producers in the four corners of France, from Brie de Meaux to genuine Roquefort matured in the caves of Roquefort-sur-Soulzon, authentic Iberian charcuterie, pata negra ham, lomo, chorizo... as well as local artisanal products. And for your aperitifs, the house even concocts made-to-measure platters and offers you a wide choice of mature cheeses, charcuterie and many other artisanal delicacies to compose them.

Acquired in 2012 by Maxime Ullens, this family estate in Hermonville remains deeply attached to ancestral know-how. The plot-based cuvées are still stirred by hand and vinified in barrels using the park's oak trees! Biodiversity plays an important role on the estate, with the presence of black bee hives and Faverolles hens, which can be seen at the end of the harvest! Their meunier-dominant BSA is a marvel.
