Every summer, the remains of the Cassine castle come back to life to become the scene of a sound and light show with pyrotechnic effects, unique in its kind in Europe. The spectators embark on a mobile stand that moves over 300 m to discover the largest stage in the Grand Est. Splendid decorations, grandiose staging, all the ingredients are gathered to spend a memorable evening. Robin Hood will have charmed the spectators during the summer of 2022!

The herds come down from the Vosges meadows where they spent the summer. In Munster, we always celebrate in a good mood this moment in the farming calendar. The festival of the transhumance and the tourte is enamelled with multiple animations: farmers' market, demonstration of cheese making, traditional dances and concerts of alphorns, parade of beautiful Vosges cows in the streets, exhibitions and of course, tasting of tasty tourtes!

The crazy atmosphere of the beer festival is guaranteed in this commune near Strasbourg. The animation is ensured by an orchestra which is present during the two evenings. The team is well established, as it is already the 6th edition which is being played in Eschau. And it's best to plan the evening in advance, as the event is always sold out on both evenings. Music, beer, dancers, lots of surprises and above all a great atmosphere... If you don't like the sauerkraut (served with advance booking), you can always enjoy the small catering service on site. A party not to be missed, in the Alsatian tradition and the commitment to spend a good evening.

Far, far away from the first steam locomotives and the most modern TGVs, the Velorail undeniably presents itself as an original and user-friendly way to travel the kilometres of track that are now disused. A steel machine, two or three pedal cranks, sometimes a few seats for the less daring, and off you go for a most atypical journey to conquer the historical and cultural heritage of France! Wander through the forests, cross the plains, cross bridges, tunnels and viaducts: a real journey back in time to be shared with friends or family!

Organized by the Richstetter Scholletrapper, under the aegis of the federation of popular sports, the 26th night march is likely to be marked by horror once again. The 10 km circuit takes place through the streets of the village, in the Stork Park and the forest of Fort Rapp. The longest route goes to the Champ du loup, through a lock, and along the canal. A 5 km adapted route is also available. Ghosts, vampires and other night spirits animate this moonlight walk. Lampions, pumpkin soup and magic drinks are planned.

Do not hesitate and discover Nordic walking! So you can now make a cross in your calendar for this appointment every last Saturday of the month. The city of Saint-Dizier organises two controlled sports hours free of charge. The first hour is devoted to Nordic walking and the second to aquatic activities. The rally takes place at the nautical centre at 9 pm for registration. And if the idea of maillot you in winter makes you shiver, you can only participate at the first hour, and vice versa for those who want to test only water sports.

It is probably because it is modest that the northern domain of Xonrupt-Longemer is so pleasant. There are only two routes here that make the cross-border: " La Fontaine Ferry ", a blue track of 4 km, and" Poli ", a slightly more complex red track of 11 km. Capital of Champagne, the city of Épernay also has a rich cultural and architectural heritage. This is what we are proposing to discover this nine-step tour around the city center. The walk starts at the foot of the City Hall and its park for a forced passage on the Avenue de Champagne. Far from the idea of visiting its countless kilometers of galleries, a detour to the Orangerie and the Perrier Castle will suffice. During the Second World War, this castle successively sheltered the English, German and then American officers! You will then go to the center to see the synagogue, the portal Saint-Martin or the House of the Moon, which will make you relive the milestones of the history of Épernay.

The Loop of the Moselle, it is the project of scale which, in the long term (January 2019), will offer to the walkers and to the sportsmen an itinerary of 60 kilometers to be spent along the rivers and canals of the region nancéenne. Today already, some sections are operational, following the example of this one, which connects Gondreville to Toul in 7 kilometers. The smooth coating of the track makes it possible to the sportsmen to practise various activities: jogging, simple hike, bicycle, rollerskating or skateboard. This Voie verte constitutes an interesting alternative in addition to join the two towns without the car!

One day, the Moselle loop will be closed. It will then offer athletes more than 60 kilometers of playground. Hell of a program! But for the time being, some of its sections are already open to the public, allowing you to spend near your home in a nice and secure environment! Between Liverdun and Aingeray, the section N ° 1 extends over 4 kilometers of smooth enroed; Joggers, cyclists but also skateboardeurs and rollerists will find their happiness. Always follow the river and you will arrive at the destination; when you reach the end of the track, you will be able if the heart tells you to join through a route marked by the N ° 2 section, which connects Gondreville to Toul.

In the winter, the Vosges landscape is transformed into the vosgian. To take advantage of this, one solution: wear skis or snowshoes! The Skiables-Lispach ski fields, located only 8 kilometres from the municipality of Bresse, offer all lovers of nature, regardless of their sports level, the opportunity to make progress on marked and well-maintained trails. Green, blue or red, you have the choice. Only one deposit: take pleasure!

In 8 kilometers from the Villey-le-Sec dam, you'll reach the commune of Maron. The shady trail follows the river, making it a pleasant option for both daily jogging and Sunday strolls. All you have to do is put on your sneakers or rollerblades, or climb into the saddle!

Built on an old railway, this greenway is designed in compacted sand, which gives it a wild appearance him very good. In recent years, running has become one of Mulhouse residents' favorite sporting activities. Messti is a traditional festival in Alsace that takes place in summer! A must see, to know the particular atmosphere of this event. The festivities end with a small ball, a festive moment par excellence. Every summer, the festival lights up the children's vacations for a few days in Maizières-lès-Metz. La Marelle, which has been running for over 17 years, gives youngsters the chance to discover over a dozen shows and take part in a variety of creative workshops (cooking, plastic arts, sensory garden, theater...). Since 1960, the municipal theatre has been well established in Lorraine. The hall offers the public a capacity of 1,000 seats, one of the largest in the region! The Meeting Stanislas du Grand Nancy is a major event of the French athletics federation. It is an international competition where great athletes and hopefuls come to prepare their summer season. The Meeting Stanislas (12 events scheduled and thousands of spectators at each edition) is in the (good) hands of the NAM, the Nancy Athletics Metropolis and ensures to remain a major event in the field. Its thirty years of existence impose respect. A great crowd to meet in June, at the Raymond-Petit stadium in Tomblaine!

The Stanislas Seven is an international men's and women's rugby 7s tournament that takes place in the spring at the Matter Stadium. It brings together national and regional senior teams as well as specialized clubs and associations for two days. The different teams compete in pools and then in elimination matches. This competition attracts more and more international teams, giving rise to very beautiful tables against national selections of very high level. Many teams prepare their 7-a-side rugby season here... A success!

A road race in the city of Thaon-les-Vosges and its gardens. Discover the tenniswomen ! The Waves Open 57 has become the most important women's tournament on the National Grand Tour! The tennis courts of Moulins-Lès-Metz host a first-rate women's competition. Organized with great skill by a hundred volunteers, the event has become a reference in France in its category (CNGT). It is therefore logical to see French players such as Aravane Rezaï, Mathilde Johansson and Nathalie Tauziat, who has already played the Waves Open 57 in doubles, arrive in Moselle for a tournament. Go and vibrate with these champions, they have backhanders that are worth the men's!

The streets of Metz's pedestrian plateau remain reserved for thousands of women for a good cause: they run with a pink T-shirt for the fight against breast cancer. Every year, "La Messine" grows in size and helps finance both research against the disease and support missions for those affected. It's up to you to complete a six-kilometer course through the city, all without a competitive spirit. In 2010, the Journées de l'architecture association became the Maison européenne de l'architecture-Rhin Supérieur Europaïsches Architekturhaus-Oberrhein. Conferences, tours, exhibitions, concerts, cinema: the Journées de l'architecture are held jointly throughout the Upper Rhine. This event is perfectly suited to Mulhouse, with its great diversity of architecture, particularly Mittel-Europa! Conferences and short films are also on the program.
