In search of forest mammals: Wednesdays February 21 and 28, 2pm to 5pm - Maison de la Forêt, Leuglay. A hike for the general public to try and spot the traces and signs of the presence of this wild fauna so closely associated with the National Forest Park. Deer rubbings, housings, leashes... Organized by the Maison de la Forêt.

Wild basketry workshop: Saturday February 24 and Sunday February 25 at 9 am - Maison de Pays d'Auberive. Discover the basics of this traditional craft. Recognize winter shrubs and harvest the plants you'll use to make baskets and other objects you'll take home with you. Organized by the Auberive CIN.

Nature & climate, a close link: Saturday March 2, 2-4:30pm - Jardin de l'Eden, Châteauvillain. The climate is changing, and so are the cycles of nature around us! So what impact does climate change have on nature? Are plant flowering and fruiting disrupted by rising temperatures? To answer these questions, the Haute-Marne climatology association is launching a participatory inventory to collect data. At this event, we'll look at why and how you too can take part in this study.

After 3 years of interruption, the famous festival C'est dans la Vallée ! is reborn under the impetus of its creator and local child Rodolphe Burger. The latter dedicates this 13th edition to his friend Jacques Higelin (deceased on April 6, 2018), an honorary citizen of the city of Sainte-Marie-aux-Mines where he recorded two albums. In addition to a tribute evening (Saturday, October 6 from 8:30 pm) which is sure to be full of emotions (with Izia, Areski, Sandrine Bonnaire, Eric Truffaz...), a Jacques Higelin kiosk will be inaugurated in Jules Simon Park. Another highlight of the festival and a major first in this field, the Electro Live Night organised at Val Expo brings together Acid Arab, Arnaud Rebotini and Rebeka Warrior. Sunday, October 6 at 12:00, a musical picnic in the park of Villa Burrus, followed by a closing concert at 5:00 pm with Rodolphe Burger and Bertrand Belin. Nice program in perspective!

A famous hill climb organized by the venerable and dynamic ASAC Moselle, Association Sportive de l'Automobile Club de la Moselle, in collaboration with the local tourist office in Abreschviller since 1966. This hill climb also involves Saint-Quirin. The ^50th edition took place in 2022. The race is part of the French mountain championship.

To give a little holiday feel, Vendenheim has created its summer beach. Today, its programming is oriented towards "Borderless" themes (geographical, ideological, societal...), opening up perspectives, the essential being to question and meet each other on what constitutes our DNA as human beings today and tomorrow. Between shows and various artistic performances, take part in moments of exchange with the artists.

The Volley Mulhouse Alsace (VMA) women's team is currently at the top of its game! They shine in competitions all over France, and even Europe! In 2024, the best women's team in team sports in Eastern France will be playing in the final of the French Cup. Between rigor and passion, they are on course to be among the best. It's a champion's factory that promotes values such as loyalty and excellence! A nursery is available for parents during matches. Come and cheer them on!

For over 70 years, Mulhouse's Foir'Expo has been the commercial showcase of spring. It's the annual rendezvous for curious visitors, strollers and buyers of all kinds of products. The "Dec'Or" area, dedicated to home furnishings and decoration, showcases artists and craftsmen in creative, scenic spaces. The gastronomic pavilion, with its various stands and tastings, is always well-visited.

As in the rest of Alsace, Mulhouse has its own small vineyard parcels, the Klettenberg. Small plots, yes, but big ideas! We're banking in particular on the fact that Mulhouse is close to the famous Alsace Wine Route, but also to a wine route that's going from strength to strength: the Baden Wine Route in nearby Germany. Over 10 years ago, a group of students full of ideas and a passion for parties and music decided to create a festival. Still 100% student-run and free of charge, the festival has become one of the must-attend musical events of the Mulhouse spring season. It attracts a wide variety of people, not only students but also many families, who enjoy a giant barbecue followed by one or two concerts. Nearly 7,000 spectators attend. You'll find local artists and headliners in a variety of styles: rock, folk, blues and electro.

At the heart of the Giant Ball Trail, illuminated by Moselle Christmas lanterns, you'll discover a market combining crafts and gastronomy. Local craftsmen and producers put on a show. At 5 p.m., the giant Christmas tree is lit, and Santa Claus is on hand until 8 p.m. On site: authentic carousel, fairground organ and other magical surprises to delight young and old. The region comes alive at the end of the year with flagship events: Noël d'Art et Feu in Fénétrange, Christmas in Saint-Quirin or Walscheid with its traditional living crib at the Saint-Léon grotto.

Team 1 has been playing in the TOP 12 for several seasons now, in the top 12 French teams! The club in Mulhouse also trains players from the age of 5 and has a real academy with high-level coaching since 2013. An idea to keep in mind for your young sports fans!

Since it was founded in 1978, the Fénétrange Festival has been promoting classical music, with major international artists showcasing their virtuosity. The Fénétrange Festival revolves around both music and gastronomy. It's a delicious marriage that also highlights the town's historic heritage. The "music followed by a meal" formula has been on the menu in Fénétrange since 1992, the year dedicated to Rossini, when a complete meal was organized according to the composer's original recipes..

Under the presidency of Jacques Foerster, the Cercle d'escrime de Sarrebourg, which has just celebrated its 50th anniversary, has been organizing international wheelchair fencing events for many years, with the same logic every time: to welcome the athletes and offer them a high quality and challenging platform to prepare them for major events. In 2023, Sarrebourg hosted the French Championship as a precursor to the 2024 Olympic Games.

A production by FAA, Fabrique Autonome des Acteurs, which brings together artists and researchers. They bring their disciplines into dialogue, create, study, invent, ask questions, find answers and even better questions. They play, dance, sing, write, practice karate or exchange ideas with renowned scientists. The Festival is the public forum for what's happening in the shadow of the old factory buildings. On the program: theater, dance, music, circus, martial arts, cinema, radio, meetings and conferences!

For an entire weekend, local arts and crafts will be showcased, with a focus on ceramics, earthenware, glass and wood. Associations and artisans exhibit and demonstrate their skills. Events are programmed around themes that are renewed each year. A tribute to what makes our daily lives so sublime: the decorative arts of the table, fine crockery, earthenware service, crystal glasses past and present.

This themed hiking festival has been held for over 15 years. The 3-day program includes some thirty themed hikes, an entertainment village and concerts. Hikers young and old can choose from routes ranging from 2 km to 42 km, on foot, by bike or on horseback. The festival village, set up in the soccer stadium, offers refreshments and food, as well as various tourism and nature stands, games for children... Successful theme hikes include sunrise and sunset hikes, and a canine hike.

Every year, the association Les Amis de Romécourt (Friends of Romécourt) organizes a new event in the courtyard of the château's farm, featuring traditional farming and traditional trades. It's an opportunity to relive the history of the Pays des Etangs, the Moselle and Romécourt, in the heart of a ^16th-century fortified farmhouse. International a cappella singing festival initiated by the EnVoix association, to be held in the exceptional setting of the Collège Gilles de Trèves and the chapel of the Lycée Raymond Poincaré in Bar-le-Duc. This is a unique festival in France. An event that combines the spotlight on Bar-le-Duc's exceptional heritage with modern a cappella music. Bar'EnVoix features a cappella concerts by French and international groups, both professional and amateur, in all styles of music.

Welcome to THE brand-new cultural center dedicated to Franco-German artistic creation and dissemination! Art'Rhena opened its doors to the public on October 28, 2021 in a sublime setting on Rhine Island. Directly opposite the famous Brisach rock, it combines a multi-purpose hall with a festive forecourt and belvedere. Music, dance, theater, puppetry, street art, artistic prowess and much more to come: Art'Rhena intends to be a place of exchange and sharing, regardless of age or language!

Music lovers, don't miss the ^8th season of the Musicales en Barrois festival! Violin, harpsichord, horn... many musical instruments are featured each year. Numerous concerts await visitors to celebrate Baroque music and heritage. Les Musicales en Barrois will take place from May 24 to 26, 2024 in Bar-le-Duc. On the program: concerts in the city's most emblematic venues. This ^8th edition will take place mainly in Bar-le-Duc. Four concerts and five musical and heritage stopovers are scheduled.

Cycling fans know that December 26 is the Sarrebourg cyclo-cross! And this has been the case for generations of cyclists. So, on Boxing Day, it's pedal to the metal in Sarrebourg. The event sees some 150 riders from all over Lorraine, Alsace and beyond compete against each other along a sporting course with obstacles and traps. The 2.5 km circuit alternates between rolling and pedestrian sections, with planks, stairs, an incline...

It's the Halloween festival! The All Saints' Day vacations are shivering in Moselle with "Bêtes et Sorcières" (Beasts and Witches). The Sarrebourg Moselle Sud region is involved in the adventure. The Musée du Pays de Sarrebourg is offering children's activities, as well as the Halloween train in Abreschviller, activities at the Sainte Croix Animal Park and the Effrayante visite de Sarrebourg, a mystery tour organized by the Tourist Office, and the "Bêtes & Sorcières" stays for total immersion!

A festival in honor of sheep, with numerous craft stands and local produce stalls in the afternoon. Complementing the event are sheep-related activities and pastoral practices: sheep-shearing and flock-dog competitions, a wool pool... This green trail crosses sumptuous panoramas in the heart of the Bièvre valley, between the county of Dabo and the priory of Saint-Quirin, between the Zorn and the Red Saar. Walscheid is an exceptional playground for trail running, with magnificent courses of every difficulty, from the easiest to the most technical. The Walscheid trail is a great opportunity to discover this area, where Moselle's highest peak, the Grossmann, is enthroned. Walscheid is known as an authentic and friendly trail, with races for everyone.

In Vino Visitas is an open-air wine fair on the scale of a city! Winegrowers from all over France set up shop in the streets of Bar-le-Duc so that visitors can taste their products during this wine walk. The 2-day pass gives visitors access to the wine trail, as well as to tastings of the winegrowers' products. It's a real wine city stroll not to be missed by wine lovers.

This is not a traditional Christmas market, but a true enchantment for small and large people who staged Sundgau tales and legends in the heart of Altkirch's old town. Myths come alive in the middle of evocative sets, between witchcraft and fantastic, and they meet fantasy characters: The Fleur aux Fleurs, the Little Man of Blochmont, the dwarves of the Gorge to the Wolves, the witch of Koestlach…

The Strasbourg European Fantasy Film Festival broadcasts horror, thriller, science fiction, animation and virtual reality films for a week. Their format can be long or short. The event takes place at Vox, Star-Saint-Exupéry, Star, Star, and UGC cinemas, but also in more surprising places such as the Shadok, the Municipal Baths, the Saint-Guillaume church or outdoors.
