It was rewarded besides for the gold French baguettes for the Chinese gastronomy and Vietnamese in 1988. In this family-run restaurant, the quality of the cuisine has of equal only the kindness of the owner. In the dish, all classical Asian cuisine is found: ranges with the vapor, fried rice, Peking duck... Also, better is worth to pick in the house specialities: beef lok-lak with rice with tomato, amok (fillet of fish to the coconut milk), Chinese fondue house (on order), pot of monkfish... For sweetened flavours, in dessert, the lune cakes (with the flour of soy sauce) or the sweetened brioches (French fries with a heart with the confectioner's custard) will accompany a tea with the jasmine ideally (with true flowers inside).

LE ROYAL DE SAINT-JULIEN
Read moreA large hall welcomes you but the small walls create places that preserve intimacy. Whether you are among friends, family or two, each table is adequate: a large round table of 8 to 10 people, under a kind of inner Asian Pergola, but also why not two. Original: Under the glass floor, fish calves happily in a concealed basin. The buffet is rich and fresh, with less Asian options for those who do not enjoy the extrême kitchen: fries, vanillas creams with caramel. The house now indicates that it uses moderation to avoid waste! Nems wants this, spring rolls, caramel pork, chicken of, sushi, Cantonese or Thai rice… Servers ensure that everything goes well and children are entitled to a gift. Among the size of the Asian buffets, this is a good address.
LA FONTAINE DU BONHEUR
Read moreWhen the doors of the Fountain of Happiness are first opened in the commercial area of Technopôle, it is surprising: large act fish in a basin around a beautiful wooded top, above which a starry sky is dotted with clouds. In this kitsch but friendly decor, the large dining room offers a buffet-style buffet (no à la carte choice): mainly Asian, with Chinese, Vietnamese and Thai specialities (nems, Cantonese rice, hot shrimp, cabbage salad…), there are nevertheless European dishes, welcome for children (green vegetables, fries, nuggets…). In the evening, sushi is also offered, and plancha cooking is possible. On the dessert side, greed remains rather traditional: ice cream, canned fruit, slice of pie, cakes. The buffet will be particularly suitable for the breakfast: It's without complex that you can regenerate, both salé and sweet.

LAMIAN
Read moreIt's a real joy to taste them in Strasbourg: pulled, stir-fried or ramen noodles. We prepare them before your very eyes, using an ancestral technique dating back to 1504. The Chinese chef, originally from Lanzhou, a region famous for its pulled noodles known as "lamian", will be delighted to welcome you to taste them. It's delicious, hearty and inexpensive, but the real attraction is the show we're treated to: fascination guaranteed! The more adventurous can even try cold noodles, which are highly prized in Asia!
