It's a real joy to taste them in Strasbourg: pulled, stir-fried or ramen noodles. We prepare them before your very eyes, using an ancestral technique dating back to 1504. The Chinese chef, originally from Lanzhou, a region famous for its pulled noodles known as "lamian", will be delighted to welcome you to taste them. It's delicious, hearty and inexpensive, but the real attraction is the show we're treated to: fascination guaranteed! The more adventurous can even try cold noodles, which are highly prized in Asia!
