In his amazing cultural restaurant, the chef Lyu Huanghua makes you discover the Chinese cuisine, gastronomic version! Forget the all-you-can-eat buffets, here everything is à la carte and home-made. Inside, the sumptuous décor sets the tone. The indus' charm mixes with a chic bistro spirit with coloured neon lights and Han characters on the walls. The magic comes to life in the kitchen, which opens onto the dining room: steamed pork buns, Sichuan beef, kou rou, caramelised sea bass fillet, Peking duck... each of these creations is more refined than the last, and is accompanied by marvellous hand-stretched noodles or fragrant rice.
