The ducklings arrive at the farm at the age of one day and are raised mainly with cereals produced on the farm. Because if the Ferme de l'Épine allows you to get teurgoule or rillettes and many products from partner farmers (cheeses, yoghurts or butter), it also offers you real foie gras!
