This family-run vineyard produces several quality wines, including Brut Nature sparkling wine, Insula fortified wine (whisky-mutated grape must aged in American oak barrels for 3 to 10 years), Réserve du Bout de l'île white (lees stirred in oak barrels for 8 months) and Saison Terrasse rosé. The vineyard also produces cider, and in recent years the family has ventured into distillation, producing a brandy similar to grappa in Italy. A little extra: a restaurant serving authentic Neapolitan pizzas.

This cidery-vineyard is located on a 30-hectare estate and produces, among other things, the famous fire cider, the first of its kind in Quebec. Unlike ice cider, which is made from frost, this product is made from heat. The company also produces ice cider (also a Reserve version), aperitif, sparkling, hopped and aronia, not to mention wines such as the Seyval Blanc - Vidal with citrus aromas, the Rosé with floral and red berry notes, or the Chardonnay with aromas of roasted nuts and honey.

Daniel Lalande is part of the first generation of Quebecers to master the art of winemaking, which is rooted in family values and a love of the land. Today, the winery is one of the most important in Quebec, in addition to being a major tourist attraction.
