Possibility of food and wine pairing with extra charge (superb wine cellar). They grow their own herbs, smoke their fish, meat and poultry with maple wood, flavour their oils, and create the cold cuts, stocks, chocolates, pastries and vinegars used in their recipes. A place where all gourmet pleasures are permitted.
