Winner of numerous awards, the Saint-Amour offers gastronomy comparable to the great European restaurants, but for much less money. Jean-Luc Boulay, a Frenchman from the Sarthe region, offers a different, refined cuisine that follows the rhythm of the seasons. The variations of foie gras are to be discovered, as well as the Discovery menu which emphasizes the Quebec terroir in 7 courses. The selected wines are a perfect match for the quality of this great cuisine. The ecstasy continues with the desserts, homemade of course.

Surveillez le festival Québec Exquis en avril: le restaurant participe souvent à cette activité qui propose pour l'occasion des menus avec des produits locaux à prix réduits !
Bien sûr, c'est de la grande classe, mais à un prix tout à fait correct pour cette qualité. Sans oublier les conseils du sommelier, qui cadrent bien avec le désir de satisfaire aux moindres exigences du client.
