A true family affair, chef-owner Charles Gignac's gourmet haunt hopes to "put the chef's hat back on" without emptying our wallets. And when you look at his professional background - he did an internship at Alain Ducasse's Beige restaurant in Tokyo - you can't help but be excited about the gastronomic experience to come. On the plate, a French-inspired cuisine where local and seasonal products are the order of the day. For the full experience, we recommend the Experience menus, both in the evening and for brunch.
