Thanks to these two enthusiasts, you can learn all about the history of the domaine, this fabulous village and this exceptional terroir. Domaine de Suremain produces six red Mercurey wines, including five ^1ers crus with distinctive characteristics, a white Mercurey and a crémant. The vines are grown using sustainable methods and harvested by hand.

This estate cultivates its vines on 33 ha, ten of which are planted with Premier Cru. The wines are highly distinctive, with intense aromas of white flowers, rose and acacia honey on the nose and palate. A know-how that focuses on quality at every stage of production. The Domaine Fillon has specialized in vineyards for many generations. The estate consists of 37 hectares and offers Chablis and Côtes de l'Auxerrois wines (white, red and rosé). Chablis Premier Cru "Les Beauregards" and "Montmains", Chablis, and Petit Chablis are offered. And, on the Auxerrois side, a Saint-Bris, a Bourgogne Blanc and a Bourgogne Côtes d'Auxerre as well as a very good ratafia, and grape or cherry juices... all homemade! Situated in the small village of Irancy for four generations, the estate (11 ha) produces wines (in organic agriculture, labelled AB) mainly from the pinot noir grape variety. A controlled organic agriculture which gives the productions finesse and minerality. Red and rosé wines that exalt fruity, floral and spicy notes. Olivier and Nelly Morin raise their vines on 12 hectares, and propose white and red Burgundy Chitry wines, but also Chablis, Burgundy Aligotés, Irancy wines and Burgundy crémants. It is in the respect of soils and cultures that grow their vines, and that are elaborated balanced wines, fruits of a soil which knew to keep all its natural richnesses. In fact, the Morins have won numerous awards: each year, their production is distinguished by the best specialized guides!

The Pavillon des Vignerons is the wine showcase for 22 Savigny estates, not all of which are open to the public, and each of which has vineyard plots in the Côte de Beaune and Côte de Nuits. The good news is that this Caveau des Climats is priced identically to the estates. The Domaine de la Chaume Blanche, run for more than twenty years by Denis Gabrielle, covers 7 hectares in the heart of the hillsides of Venoy, a village near Auxerre which received the AOC Burgundy appellation in 1988. The richness of the terroirs and the quality of the work in the vineyard give each harvest noble and fine wines, with multiple and subtle tastes. Red and white wines, crémant and ratafia that you can come and taste at the domain.

The Albert Ponnelle House is now led by Pierre Ponnelle. More than 200 000 bottles are produced. Pierre Ponnelle has naturally evolved into organic wines. A nice catalogue, therefore in white as in red. From Chardonnay burgundy to Grand-Charlemagne Grand cru by villages and puligny-montrachet 1 ^st cru Les Folatières for Whites. Beautiful range of red: from Pinot Pinot-noir to grands crus, Corton Les Renardes, Charms-Chambertin, Echezeaux and Clos de Vougeot with a beautiful palette of 1 ^st vrus in volnay, savigny, beaune, aloxe-corton, pommare, nights-saint-georges, chambolle-musigny and vosnes-romanée. Settled in 1990, Isabelle and Denis Pommier took over the family land to develop it. 16 hectares of vines with, on the menu, several appellations of Chablis and Burgundy. A long term work, the result of the passion of these winegrowers. An estate that has gone organic to respect the environment and the vines. Result: numerous awards and recognition on the best local tables. Notably in 2019 in the Hachette wine guide on the Hauterivien 2016, the Côte de Léchet 2016 and the Chablis premier cru Troesmes.

In 2000, Jean-Philippe and Jean-Guillaume Bret took over the La Soufrandière estate, acquired in 1947 by their paternal grandfather. They farm their vines using organic and biodynamic methods (including horse-drawn ploughing). They treat the great wines they produce with the same care, thanks to their wine merchant Bret Brothers. It's a pleasure to stop and meet these passionate people, who gladly share their love of terroir.

The Curveux family estate has been established in Fuissé, near the superb Saint-Germain church, for four generations now, winemakers from father to son. The estate is now in the hands of Guillaume, who has taken over from his father Joël. Take advantage of a stroll in the surrounding area to taste one of the appellations produced (Mâcon-Fuissé, Mâcon-Chaintré, Pouilly-Fuissé and Pouilly-Fuissé^1er cru) in the 8-hectare vineyard. The vineyard, which is cultivated in a sustainable manner, is certified High Environmental Value.

Set amidst vineyards that stretch as far as the eye can see, Sylvaine and Alain Normand's cellar is a large, modern building that looks like a Zenith. Inspired by the rocks of the Mâconnais region, it pays homage to the surrounding heritage and communes, including Solutré, Chaintré, Prissé, Igé and La Roche Vineuse, where the couple cultivate 35 ha of vines. Founded in 1984, the Gaec des Vins vieux, located near Chablis in Lignorelles, is celebrating its 40th anniversary and has 22 hectares (cultivated according to the principle of sustainable agriculture), including 12 hectares in the Chablis and Petit Chablis appellations, and 10 hectares in Bourgogne Epineuil Rouge, Rosé and Bourgogne Tonnerre blanc. Tastings are free of charge, the welcome is warm and friendly, and all this is complemented by sound advice. In short, this is a great place to fill up your cellar with the best Burgundy wines. Pierre Rousseau and his son Francis cultivate and vinify two grape varieties: Chardonnay and Pinot Noir on 4.5 ha for the crémants and 1 ha for the still wines. The wines are made in the purest tradition from the cultivation of the grapes to the bottling. Do not hesitate to make an appointment to visit their estate, taste their wines and understand everything about their know-how. The landscape is magnificent, the winegrowers are friendly and the wines are very good!

If the Beauceron Philippe Millet settled at the Marcault Farm in the middle of the 60's, he only created the Millet Estate fifteen years later, as some of the land he cultivated in cereals was eligible for different AOC of the Chablis vineyard. Since then, Philippe has left the reins to his children Paterne and Baudouin, who now cultivate 14 hectares, including 9 in AOC Petit Chablis, 4 in AOC Chablis and 1 in AOC Chablis^1er Cru Vaucoupin. These are excellent wines, which have won several awards, and which we can only recommend to you.

Domaine Champeau covers 18 hectares of Sauvignon Blanc vines and 2 hectares of Chasselas. Franck and Guy Champeau, two cousins, are the estate's third-generation winemakers. They offer tastings of their Pouilly-Fumé and Pouilly-sur-Loire wines, as well as sales at the winery. In the small village of Saint-Andelain, opposite the church, the cellar welcomes you in a beautifully renovated barn where wooden beams, an old wine press, a wine rack and winemaker's furniture stand side by side with fine stonework. Domaine France Dessauge, although located in the Maranges region of Saône-et-Loire, is well known in the Côte de Beaune for its wine tourism. Sandrine and Jean-Baptiste Dessauge perpetuate the family traditions of an estate that extends over 21 hectares of vines producing eleven different appellations. The tasting cellar is nestled between the winery and the ^16th-century cellars. The Maranges produce assertive wines, while the Santenay are as white as they are red. Managed since 2004 by Eric, Dominique and Pascal Fournillon (and their parents Muguette and Gérard), this beautiful family estate covers 23 ha on the hillsides of Chablisien and Tonnerrois (Épineuil and Bernouil). It offers an excellent production of red and rosé Burgundy Epineuil, but also Crémant de Bourgogne, Chablis, Chablis Cru "Les Fourneaux", as well as a Cuvée de l'Empereur Vieilles Vignes which is the great singularity of the estate: a very old vine planted in 1835 and which miraculously escaped phylloxera

Located in the top of the village, the area has been in existence for over 200 years. Created in 1804, it today covers over 20 hectares, spread over six of the most prestigious villages in the Côte de Beaune: Chassagne-Montrachet, Meursault, Volnay, Pommare, Beaune and Santenay. Here the methods of cultivation and winemaking are carried out in the rules of art; one way to respect the noble lands on which Mrs Dominique Uny Prieur and her son Guillaume have their vines. The wines produced are among the most famous of Côte d'Or with Santenay-Maladière, fabulous, Des 1 er Cru with exceptional charms, Des Les Platières 1 er Cru and Volnay-Santenots 1 er Cru equally sensational.

A witness to a rich history, the Domaine is now a 17 hectare landscaped park, open to the promenade and place of numerous events.

From the castle of Champgrenon (demolished in 1920), there are still remains. In particular, the door of the sunset, a magnificent building whose pediment displays "Champgrenon, temple of Des and Apollo" in tribute to the first owner: Aimé de Rymon (1573-1645), prosecutor of the king.

The property passed, by alliance to the family of Rambuteau, which valorisa it: a new east-facing castle, a landscaped park made by Jean-Marie Morel, creator of numerous national parks and gardens, a cooler and a orangerie. The personality of the Count of Rambuteau (1781-1869), a chamberlain of Napoleon 1 er, prefect of the Seine, still radiates on Champgrenon.

In 1997, the town of Charnay-lès-Mâcon, a new owner, engaged in the restoration of existing heritage: couchant door, cooler, entrance pavilion, farm buildings, wells… and makes it a place of cultural events. There is a green theatre and an outdoor scene for the July 14 events, the Musik'O Plural festival or the summer appointments.
Since July 2008, the old farm buildings of the Domaine have housed the former «Mécanique mechanical mill». Visitors can discover the ancient restored mechanisms as well as the know-how of this profession, which is now missing on the commune.

The Vocoret family is one of the oldest in Chablis and for 4 generations it has been taking care of its vineyards located on clay-limestone slopes. Vocoret et Fils cultivates about forty hectares where the famous Chablis vintages are produced, including the first vintages montée-de-tonnerre, mont de milieu, forêt, vaillon, montmains and côte-de-léchet, and the great vintages vaudésir, clos, valmur, blanchots. Here, traditional vinification is practiced and bottling is done on the property. A know-how that is exported all over the world.

In 1998, an estate grand cru vinified in oak barrels was ranked among the world's top 100 wines. In 2021, the Chablis^1er Cru AOC Les Vaillons2018 received a Double Gold Award in Japan's first international wine competition. This shows the importance of this family estate, which is also a founding member of the Union des Grands Crus de Chablis. More than half of the 30 hectares are old vines. And of course, traditional vinification is the order of the day at this estate, which - as you'll have guessed! - sets the standard!

Great name of the Chablisien, this house has everything to please. Located in the main street, and close to a bistro, the William Fèvre estate is situated in a 19th century neo-gothic property, based in a former convent. The estate produces all the local appellations: petit chablis, chablis, chablis premiers crus and chablis grands crus. Tastings are held in the cellar: the welcome and the setting are more than appreciable, as is the advice in the choice of wines. A very good address and excellent vintages!

In 2018, Céline Chevalier took over from her father Claude. With 15 ha planted in Beine and Courgis, she offers Petit Chablis, Chablis and Chablis Premier Cru. HVE level 3-certified wines. In 2022, its Chablis Premier Cru Montmains 2020 won a gold medal at the Concours des Vignerons Indépendants. In 2023, cuvée 2021 was awarded the same medal at the Concours des Burgondias 2023. The same goes for Chablis Cuvée Prestige 2021.

Luc and Eric Lavantureux, producers harvesting in Lignorelles, respectful of the environment in their working methods, offer you the direct sale of their Chablis and Petit Chablis, vintage vintages. The efforts made in the cultivation of these vines are reflected in the quality of the products offered by the estate: wines with a strong character, fleshy, with pronounced and mineral flavours. In the catalogue of this beautiful house, Burgundy Aligoté, Burgundy Red, Burgundy Chitry white, rosé and red, but also Chablis and a sparkling wine of golden pearl quality and sacy grape variety. The Domaine Lemoule is a family exploitation since 1950 transmitted from father to son, which proposes burgundies Coulanges of controlled appellation. Burgundy white chardonnay, Burgundy rosé, Burgundy red wooded, without forgetting the crémant, the ratafia, the marc de Bourgogne and the kirsch. The domain is indeed one of the biggest producers of cherries in the Yonne. About 20 hectares, 35 varieties for a total harvest of 70 to 80 tons each year. This estate has splendid cellars from the 11th to the 13th century. Here, the production is certified in organic farming, and in biodynamics which respects the lunar calendar. Among the whites, there is burgundy aligoté, côtes-d'auxerre with a traditional cuvée, a cuvée Corps de Garde and 3 climates: gondonne, biaumont and gueules de loup. It also produces saint-bris and saint-bris Corps de Garde. Without forgetting an irancy les mazelots. A very beautiful panel of Auxerrois wines!

This large family estate of 8 ha uses traditional methods of wine making, and markets its wines between five and seven years. You will find here Burgundy pinot gris, Burgundy rosé, Burgundy passetoutgrain, Irancy, Crémant de Bourgogne and Ratafia. If you visit the beautiful landscapes of Irancy, do not hesitate to make a stop in this cellar. The Richoux family has been cultivating vines for several generations. For some time now, Gabin and Félix have joined their parents Thierry and Corinne, perpetuating the long and beautiful history of this 18-hectare estate, where excellence is the watchword. What's more, for the past fifteen years or so, the Richoux family has been turning to organic viticulture in order to best respect the original terroir of Irancy, and the spirit of the vintage, which must be faithfully reflected in the bottle.

This estate, now run by Jean-Claude and Vincent Châtelain, has been a winegrower since 1630. 30 ha are cultivated, all in Pouilly Fumé AOC, and spread over 6 of the 7 communes in the appellation. These are Tracy-sur-Loire, Pouilly-sur-Loire, Mesves-sur-Loire, Saint-Andelain, Saint-Laurent-l'Abbaye and Saint-Martin-sur-Nohain. Vinification is carried out on a terroir-by-terroir basis, at constant temperature, to produce wines of consistently high quality. As proof, they can be found on some of the region's finest tables. This estate of 21 ha of vines in AOC Pouilly-Fumé or Sancerre does not stop producing, vintage after vintage, from generation to generation, cuvées that are as pleasant as they are affordable. Many medals at the great national competitions are to be put in the prize list of the domain. Pierre-François and his sister Mélanie, the 7th generation at the head of Domaine Masson-Blondelet, continue this "clean viticulture" initiated by their parents more than 40 years ago. The welcome is warm and professional, and you will be able to taste the nectars directly at the property.

At Domaine Seguin, we use traditional methods of vineyard management and vinification to produce flawless Sauvignon Blanc. What's more, this 20-hectare estate is evenly distributed across the most famous terroirs of Pouilly-Fumé. And if the estate's wines have their French fans, they are also widely exported to our European neighbors, and even to America! The Cuvée Prestige, and especially the oak-aged Cuvée 3, are sure to please your palate. Not forgetting the "Sérénissime" cuvée, aged in amphorae. A real favorite!

Dating back to the early 20th century, Domaine des Fines Caillottes now boasts 42 ha of Sauvignon Blanc and 0.20 ha of Chasselas vines, compared with just 1.2 ha when the family's forefather, Louis Pabiot, worked his vines entirely by hand. The generations of winemakers have followed one another, as have the awards that have highlighted the quality and finesse of this estate's wines.

Founded in 1948 by a handful of winemakers, the Caves of Pouilly offer a wide range of pouilly-fumé, pouilly-sur-Loire and coteaux-du-giennois. 150 acres of clay soil where flint and marl are meeting, Caves of Pouilly produce sauvignon blanc, pinot black and Chasselas. Among the many wines presented, you will appreciate the Tuileries Coteaux-du-Giennois. But the star remains pouilly-fumé several of which several awards came to reward the quality of the homemade nectar.

Françoise Feuillat-Juillot proves, along with other local women winemakers, that wine is not just a man's business. Located at the entrance to the Côte Chalonnaise village of Montagny-lès-Buxy, Domaine du Château de la Saule has been a family affair since the ^19th century, and is now owned by Alain Roy. A winemaker who works an 18.5-hectare estate to produce only Montagny^1er cru appellation wines in three cuvées. The Château de la Saule vineyards are meticulously tended, and the use of chemical treatments is strictly limited. Alain Roy loves his vines, and is happy to show visitors around and lead tastings.

Christophe Perrin cut his teeth on the Côte de Nuits before moving to Southern Burgundy to set up his own domaine in 2011. Starting with just 3 ha of vines, he now owns 7 ha. Located in the heart of the Cluny vineyards, Domaine Christophe Perrin produces white, red and rosé wines. We choose to come and taste the products of this rugby enthusiast, who welcomes customers with simplicity and generosity. A pleasant moment guaranteed.

Marcel Garlan is the founder of this estate which had only 3 ha of vines in 1946. Now extended on 19 ha, this family domain has (from generation to generation) known how to emphasize the aromas of the soil to bring out the best with wines of a very beautiful quality. Here, wines of Irancy and Chablis are proposed, as well as crémants of Burgundy. Happiness in bottle, for the connoisseurs! The whole being proposed with a very good reception.

Arnaud Nahan and Thomas Mabille manage the 35 hectares of this vineyard planted with Chablis A.O.C. Producers of 5 premier crus, their approach is resolutely environmental: since 2020, the estate has been certified with HVE level 3 and Eve Vegan labels. Proof of the high quality of this estate, its production is exported as far as the Nordic countries, and regularly wins awards. For example, Chablis 2021, Chablis Paradis 2020 and Chablis 1er Cru Montmains 2020 all won silver medals at the Decanter World Wine Awards 2023.

Coming from a long line of winegrowers, Patrick Coulbois has been established for more than 40 years on the slopes of Saint-Andelain, particularly renowned for their flint clay soil. His vineyard produces wines with a recognised typicity, such as the cuvée "les Cocques", which is particularly representative of the "flint stone" aromas that make up the specificity of the local terroir. This cuvée, which has been distinguished many times, can be found on the best tables, particularly in London. Visit by appointment.

For 7 generations, the Hamelin family has made a living from its passion for vineyards. Cultivated today by Thierry and his son Charles, they extend over 36.7 hectares, in Beines, Poinchy and Lignorelles. From the Petit Chablis to the^1er Cru Beauroy, it is a whole culture that is expressed there. With respect for the environment and love for the product. One appreciates, in particular, the rarity of the Chablis vieilles vignes from a few 70 year old vines. For the rest, more than 270,000 bottles are produced each year by this beautiful estate.

The estate has no less than 23 ha of vineyards including 19 acres on the towns of Pouilly Saint-Andelain, and 4 acres on various towns lining Cher. The vineyard, planted in sauvignon, chasselas and Pinot Noir, offers beautiful productions of pouilly- smoked, pouilly-sur-loire and "Vieilles Vignes", as well as delicate Sancerre white, red and rosé. Arriving at the estate is particularly pleasant in a vast courtyard on the main street of the charming village of Jambles. Christophe Drain perpetuates a family estate whose vines extend over 18 hectares around Givry with a balance between white and red crus, Villages and Premiers Crus, plus a Crémant, a ratafia and 7-year-old Fines et Marcs. Tastings in the cellar are as much appreciated as the view from the courtyard. The pleasure can be made to last with a lunch at the remarkably installed table d'hôtes in the old wine press room.

Founded in 1928, the Viticole wine union consists of no fewer than 110 wine growers from Gevrey Chambertin, about 240 of whom are on Brochon and members, with plots of land on the land of the commune. A small Reminder, the vineyard of Gevrey Chambertin stretches over 600 ha and includes 9 Grands Crus and 27 Ers Crus. With its main objective of defending the great wines of Gevrey-Chambertin, this association works in the promotion of vintage wines through the organisation of events and tastings in the heart of the coast.
