Managed by the CCAS, the Maison des Seniors is a one-stop shop for all age-related issues, including housing. Its mission is to provide information, meet professionals and help people get to know each other. The Maison Seniors provides free assistance in all matters relating to housing, and can help you find financial aid to adapt your home. Every year, it welcomes over 600 senior citizens and receives 1,500 telephone calls a month.

The Alice & Victor senior village in Neuilly-Crimolois, in a leafy residential neighborhood, is an innovative living space for independent seniors. The homes are all on one level, with parking, a terrace and a common room for socializing and spending time together. The passive wood-frame homes, insulated with straw and plastered with raw earth, are designed in a totally organic spirit and equipped with innovative home automation solutions to prevent loss of autonomy. Worktops, sinks and cupboards can be raised or lowered according to the user's needs. The seniors' village is adjacent to the La Combe Saint-Victor retirement home, so residents can take advantage of the many services offered by the latter: day and night calls, meals, adapted sports and entertainment... Orvitis, the department's leading public housing office, responds to the needs of society, particularly seniors, with its Sérénitis offering. These senior residences, accessible to independent people over 65, take the form of adapted housing or residences at affordable prices. Designed to be friendly and practical, Sérénitis residences comprise no more than 20 units, and are located close to essential day-to-day services such as shops, health care and transport. Residences on a human scale, where social interaction is enhanced by a shared social area. In addition to fostering social ties, the space also plays an active role through a variety of activities. To make life safer for occupants, a residence manager acts as a link between the landlord and residents, also intervening to make life easier for them.

ABI, Alexandre Basson Immobilier, is a small developer based in Dijon who tends to build small, luxury residences, such as those built in the faculties district.
