The Alice & Victor senior village in Neuilly-Crimolois, in a leafy residential neighborhood, is an innovative living space for independent seniors. The homes are all on one level, with parking, a terrace and a common room for socializing and spending time together. The passive wood-frame homes, insulated with straw and plastered with raw earth, are designed in a totally organic spirit and equipped with innovative home automation solutions to prevent loss of autonomy. Worktops, sinks and cupboards can be raised or lowered according to the user's needs. The seniors' village is adjacent to the La Combe Saint-Victor retirement home, so residents can take advantage of the many services offered by the latter: day and night calls, meals, adapted sports and entertainment... Alice & Victor homes are rented on an all-inclusive basis. An adapted fitness trail surrounds the village to enable daily physical activity.
