SÉRÉNITIS
Orvitis, the department's leading public housing office, responds to the needs of society, particularly seniors, with its Sérénitis offering. These senior residences, accessible to independent people over 65, take the form of adapted housing or residences at affordable prices. Designed to be friendly and practical, Sérénitis residences comprise no more than 20 units, and are located close to essential day-to-day services such as shops, health care and transport. Residences on a human scale, where social interaction is enhanced by a shared social area. In addition to fostering social ties, the space also plays an active role through a variety of activities. To make life safer for occupants, a residence manager acts as a link between the landlord and residents, also intervening to make life easier for them.
New programs underway:
- in Dijon, rue de Colmar: 20 Sérénitis homes adapted for senior citizens;
- chenôve: Sérénitis residence on rue Renan;
- gevrey-Chambertin: Sérénitis residence on rue des Gémeaux.
