A very local discovery! Created by Savouré de Janville - in 2010, Beauce Cola exalts local products. The water needed to make it comes from the Beauce water table, the sugar comes from beets processed in Artenay. The Savouré did not want to copy but to adapt the recipe taking into account the local raw materials. The taste may therefore be surprising. But the Savourés know how to do it, they are the ones who made the lemonade "La Beauceronne" and who have been supplying fuel and drinks (you can't make this up!) since 1888.

The beer shop has chosen to refocus its activity on the brewery. All the guarantees of the craft are respected to breeze by hand and concoctize his beers in the drums of five hundred liters. Franck Bellon is unrivaled in this matter and selects its ingredients, especially the malted Berry. By passion, he does not hesitate to open the doors of his brewery at tastings. Brunes, blondes or blondes, beers are presented in glass bottles that guarantee an optimal year conservation period. More fruity in taste, with a fine bitterness and a length in the mouth, the blunt beer is reserved for the unconditioned to recognize a large cru. Far from adopting the idea of resting on his laurels, this brewer innovated in 2012 with the Berry Cola, whose new recipe he jealously concealed. This brewery in Berruyère produces quality beers, natural, double top fermentation, unfiltered and unpasteurized. It makes it a point of honour to use products from the region. The brewer Xavier has the honour of creating distinguished blends such as a sparkling beer called the Honey, because it is seen after a good mixture of barley malt and wheat, with acacia and chestnut tree honey... The Raspberry, of the same kind, is also surrounded by the Blonde, the White, the 1429, the Amber, the Brown, etc... On Saturdays, you can come and visit and taste it on the spot. To your mugs!

This place is a real Ali Baba's cave of beer, with local brands and other countries. There are several hundred references, to be tasted on the spot before buying, as well as related products (glasses, trays, t-shirts, goodies). You can even rent a beer tapping machine for private parties or stop by at lunchtime for a home-cooked meal accompanied by a good beer in a bistronomic spirit. From time to time, the evenings come alive with a concert or a tasting workshop. The place has its regulars, so don't forget to make a reservation to eat there.

The Eurelienne is a beer with three flavours. The white, the brown and the red, three beers that are both light and tasty. Vincent Crosnier, the young brewer, will explain them to you himself since he has improved his own recipes that he used to make as an amateur at first. They are made with 20% raw cereals - barley, wheat and white oats - from the family farm. You will also find a selection of local products in the shop.

In May 2003, Ludovic and Stéphane Hardouin created this microbrewery. Today, they produce beers typically from Tours: La Loirette, La Salamandre and many others. Pure malt beers, neither filtered nor pasteurized. This is why a slight deposit can be observed at the bottom of the bottle. We knew Touraine and its wines. From now on, we will have to count on its beers! It is a pity that the installations of this brewery are not open to the visit.

Come and discover a beer brewed in the old center of Chinon, using Touraine water, French malts and hops from around the world. At the origin, Simon Armstrong, originally from England and a former stone mason, who launched himself with passion and talent into the adventure. Hannah and Anthony Jones are original Welsh. Arriving in the Berry in 2001, they first held the Auberge de la Chaumerette and then the Café du Luma before launching in October 2017 in the manufacture of artisanal beer. The Sancerroise Brewery is a family affair: for 15 years, the Dumas family has produced and marketed its artisanal beer. We had to find a variant to the vine that could, from time to time, unravel the gossip… It was in this corner of Berry, a great producer of brewery, that she was born with priesthood respecting the old brassico traditions. Thus, all beers are brewed, fermented, cautioned and bottled in the brewery. Most of them are made with Berrichon malts and high-quality Bavarian hops. Brewing techniques take back old recipes in infusion but also in decoding. We're getting the sancerroise blonde to the green lens of Berry. Black beers will love Sancerroise in Gruyt. La Sans-Gêne is a blonde, La Drôlesse is blonde and the Lou-Pelou is organic while the Sancerroise-Val-d 'Or is a beautiful redhorse. Come on, once is not custom, extra foam!

This small brewery, created in 2000, produces a wide range of beers: white, blond, amber and brown. Many have been rewarded: The Sancerroise with the Berry green lentil received the bronze medal in 2004 at the general agricultural competition, the Rose Blanche received the gold medal at the Lyon 2015 International Competition, as did the Sancerroise at the Gruyt.
