In May 2003, Ludovic and Stéphane Hardouin created this microbrewery. Today, they produce beers typically from Tours: La Loirette, La Salamandre and many others. Pure malt beers, neither filtered nor pasteurized. This is why a slight deposit can be observed at the bottom of the bottle. We knew Touraine and its wines. From now on, we will have to count on its beers! It is a pity that the installations of this brewery are not open to the visit.
