If you're a rider, you can take advantage of the self-service stalls, or reserve your own. Located in front of the Amboise castle, the Shaker has no more to make its reputation with the Tourangeaux and Amboisiens... It has a magnificent panorama of the Loire Valley for a relaxing break. Comfortable teak and rattan seats for a soccer evening, very nice to eat the crowd of macerated au, developed in the mood of the maintainer's moods. Apple-pear-cinnamon, orange-cinnamon, litchi-honey, papaya, blindfolded wood, red fruits, grapefruit… The atmosphere is relaxed and good child, with of course all the classic drinks for those whose penchant for rum is not yet proven. In the basement, the room is warm under the vaults of the cellar specially designed to receive the cave clients. The map is so rich that it often becomes difficult to choose among some 140 beers of various and varied origins, the 30 whiskies, and the 50 cocktails with or without alcohol (but all served with of a of candy… yum!). The cinema Les Carmes has the charm of the art house cinemas, offering a specialized program of films. It is the last one in town that dares to show films that are not seen in mainstream cinemas, but everyone can find pleasure in watching rare works, openly defended by the friendly team. The tree to which it owes its name has disappeared, but Le Vieux Mûrier is still there. We appreciate its half-timbered façade, its large terrace and its old café décor. We don't present the place anymore, as it has been an integral part of the city's timeless heritage for 42 years already! On the ground floor, you start by immersing yourself in a café-cocktail atmosphere: you'll have a Montparnasse or a mojito before going down to the basement to dance? The dance floor is small, but allows you to wiggle to the rhythm of different styles in an intimate setting that appeals to all generations. Theme evenings are organised and the place also welcomes works councils for their events!

Located as its name suggests in the Deux Lions district, this multiplex is the family and general public cinema of the CGR franchise in Tours. Large parking lot, hall with video games and candy counter: access is easy and you can wait for a while. The twelve theatres are accessible to the handicapped and comfortable (armchairs spaced more than one metre apart). The programming plays the card of big productions, which can often be enjoyed in 3D. We love the ICE-Immersive Cinema Experience, with its reclining club chairs, 4K resolution image and Dolby Atmos sound. Welcome to the largest guinguette in France! 1200 seats and about half the number of covers served each day. A real guinguette, where you can meet dancers in their Sunday best, young people on deckchairs on the banks of the Loire, and families who have come to enjoy the attractions of Lulu Parc. Chato' C, it is a concert hall for 600 people managed by Asso' Mars and labelled Smac (scene of contemporary music). But also a Space club is in the end, beginning, middle of evening or listen to a concert more intimate than in the spacious dining room. From the old cinema that was installed here in the last century, it only kept the name and facade of white stone. But since then, it has grown considerably, and today we can see around this old window, a metal lace that gives its appearance to the imposing building. If it can give the impression of being still in work, the interior of the cinema is very spacious - with the exception perhaps of the entrance hall, which is crowded when the crowd presses to see one of the films in the poster. Le Temps Machine is a contemporary music venue. When you step through its doors, you'll discover emerging groups and established stars of rock, rap, electro and pop... And don't forget to give a helping hand to local artists with special evenings dedicated to them. Established in 2011, the venue has made a name for itself and a regular following, attracted by its varied prices (including for small budgets) and eclectic programming. With a 600-seat venue, a "Club" space for more intimate concerts, rehearsal studios, and a library-resource center, Le Temps Machine is a must for music lovers.

For some years, bosses have changed, but the key remains: beer, whisky and the warm atmosphere of a pub! Becoming Camden Pub in the summer of 2016, the former Paddy retains the essential: we talk and drink, not that the chairs are missing (the terrace is large enough), but the atmosphere is such during the sports retransmissions that it keeps us awake without noticing. To combine the pleasure of an exit to cultural attraction, the Pub Jacques-Coeur is all right. This is the home of Jacques Coeur's birthplace, classified at historical monuments. Needless to say, the frame deserves a detour. Inside, visible beams and fireplaces are our miretts. For beer lovers, eight styles of pressure are competing to seduce thirsty palaces (Loburg, Leff Royale Rubis, Kwak…). Beer beers are also offered (Castel, Bud…). The choice doesn't stop there, because for whisky lovers the range of choices is wide. In an evening, we don't taste everything! Next to the grocery store, which has become a wine bar, the Ma Réserve bar seduces with its terrace on the street side and its sheltered terrace all year round on the courtyard side. This new bar, on Monestier Square, is the place to rediscover the city's youth for evenings from Thursday to Saturday evening. A large screen allows to track matches.
