In June 2024, Bibovino changed its name to Le Triptyque! But don't panic, as the team and concept remain identical. "Everything the same but even better", they sum up! Let's talk about the concept: here, wine is sold in cubes, with wines selected by Bruno Quenioux, voted best caviste 2017 by Gault & Millau, and homemade catering. Tartines and salads as well as generous aperitif boards accompany a fine selection of wines. On the à la carte menu, red, white and rosé wines are available by the glass for tasting at the table, with expert advice from the couple who run the establishment. A good way to make your choice before you buy!
