Beurre Noisette is so named because pastry chef Clémence's favorite cake calls for hazelnut butter! This cake, the mainstay of the house, is the financier. Here, pastries are homemade from the heart. She bakes flavors that go very well together, such as pepper and chocolate, but also tries out amazing combinations of tastes, notably in a lemon-hazelnut tart. Brunch is now served every day, with a special offer for children on Wednesdays. We love the sourdough toast and shakshuka. We love them.

A successful bet for Nicolas and Nadège! The two managers of this wine bar like no other have indeed chosen a change of career and region to embark on the Bibovino adventure. The concept? The sale of wines in cubes, and a small homemade restaurant. Hot toasts and big salads as well as generous aperitif boards accompany a nice selection of wines. On the menu, you will find reds, whites and rosés offered by the glass for a tasting at the table, with the couple's advice. A good way to make your choice before buying a cubi. For Nicolas, the cubi format can only be seductive: your 3 liters can be kept for several weeks after opening without being altered... so no more waste for your favorite wines!

Here, the concept is simple: the customer buys a prepaid card and can then help himself to one of the beer dispensers scattered around the double room with its industrial decor. A terrace on rue Colbert, and a room with a soft, trendy atmosphere, with its comfortable armchairs, wooden counter and world coffees to sip! Welcome aboard Le Corsaire, dear sailors, this bar at the bottom of Grammont Avenue that one inevitably wants to introduce to one's friends and family. How not to notice the wooden front and the portholes when you pass in front of it? The interior allows you to enter a ship that will remain in Tours, but will lead you in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere in the wonderful land of cocktails. Giant cocktails for some, colorful, an experience apart. In fact, we almost don't talk about glass anymore but about vase as the sizes are so impressive. 26 years already? Owner Warren opened The Pale in 1998 to recreate a little piece of Ireland. And it worked!
